Lukaku on loan would maybe be a step too far, but loaning out a fringe player to another British club who are not in direct competition with Chelsea makes a lot of sense.Oriol Romeu, he signed for Chelsea?That'd be great, he'd brush off the Selik midfielders tackles like flies Good eye for a pass too, coming from Barca.
