This tax case may not be as bad as first thought.

Do you know for a fact whether or not whether LBG or one of it's many (offshore)subsidiaries has provided or does provide finance for Liberty Capital in the BVI's?

No. I just don't get why lloyds would lose a security and swap it for on the face of it a more riskier debtor.

I don't believe we will.

I base my opinion on Craig Whyte said in his recent interviews

"So what about all your cash flow, then?

The arrestments by Bain and McIntyre don’t help, but we’re fine.

No issues about paying your bills?

No."

Putting us administration before the tax case would mean he just lied about that and don't think there would be any way back for him.

sometimes lies have to be told.

also he's said several times he wants this over by Christmas no matter what.

listen to radio clyde guys. use the listen again later.

This guy Gerard Moran that has bought the 2 company names

Hoax or not

Could he be buying these incase we go into liquidation and have to have a different name

The ones he has would then be sold to us

Him making a few bob out it ?

Can't see Whyte shelling out for them. He could just add "THE" at the start of they names for free

I am no expert but I see the tax man jjb and azzure at very least getting shafted amongst others.

my only worry is will season books be honoured. I imagine they will be.

Gunny you seem to be all over the place in the last hour, veering between 'BIG SCARY STATEMENTS' and then offering mild reassurance in the space of a few posts...so I'll be nice... but the above bit in bold. What are you havering about?

how would that work.

the idea we would somehow lose our history is nonsense.

Think the following is correct.

Administration- Club retains identity

Insolvency/Liquidation- Club loses identity

Not an expert so don't quote me.

well it was different but at airdrie for example all season books were torn up and had to be repurchased. that was of course liquidation.

anyway Mr whyte will need the fans onside even if he can I don't believe for a second he will.
