DarcheVinny 1,003
I do not condone any form of unprovoked violence, but this is what happens when you try and control freedom of speech.Another good example for those who believe that police do not belong in the stands. They create more trouble than they prevent.
Guest
Good for them for standing up against the polis and stewards. Football fans will only take so much and they are getting pushed more and more so its inevitable they are going to push back eventually. Also this wasnt even football hooligans this was just normal fed up fans , old guys even.

MisterC 12,760
Disgraceful to see such scenes, maybe we do need police in the stands to protect the decent fans from the morons.
RangersMedia 35,962
What a gay post to make on a football forum Really gay to see about 20 people fall down some stairs and say I'm glad none of them were hurt when in the worst instance someone innocent could have died. Ya fucking chook. .
Colonel Mustard 380
About time football fans fought back against police forces overstepping their mark.If a few more fought back, maybe they'd think twice about going in and hassling innocent football fans for fuck all. Escobar 13,676
Good to see. Police thinking they can do whatever they like as per and get away with it.Fair play to the fans Not in the stands.
BEE 4,880
Fight back? All I see in this video is people getting lifted, fans pushing other fans (not saying its intentional) down the stairs into the police. The police reaction at the start is way OTT, don't really understand why when it's 3 on 1 the copper feels the need to choke him. TheKingObv 10,860
Scumbags. The wee pubeless guy giving it the wanker sign The same sort of cunts who would be in about the riots in England.

Troop6 12
Anyone know why it kicked off?Looks like they just picked a random guy from the crowd protesting against the owners mate. Good to see others standing up for him, totally needless.
PRW. 5,631
Still get people taking the polices side in cases like this.Deary me.
Silver Fox 167
Shocking scenes, I think the cops were trying to confiscate a banner calling for either the manager or chairman or such like to be sacked/deposed. The surrounding fans didnt take too kindly to this as can be seen. However all is not as it seems if you watch the video from start to finish, the same scene is shown about 4 times yet represented as if they were separate and distinct events. Still shocking and just shows how a situation can spiral out of control in a heated crowd disturbance. If the same thing happened at Ibrox and police waded into the crowd to confiscate a banner I doubt we would tolerate it either. Not the confiscation of the banner but in such a heavy handed way.Amazed that the guy with the beard wearing a light blue shirt that can be twatting the cop with a punch wasnt arrested on the spot.
