You connect the cable into rf2 at the sky box, aerial at tv. loyalistblue 7 Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 Cancel the multi-room and then take it out again is the only way to get a box off them in my experience. They won't even replace broken boxes free (I'm talking one that was 8 years old). they should give you a sky hd/+ box as long as your satellite is your own and not communal, as there are 4 outputs on it and each HD+/anytime box needs 2.
