TeamHero 62 Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Ally's Novo Hintby Lindsay HerronALLY McCOIST dropped a hint today that it is not impossible for Nacho Novo to rejoin Rangers.And the move might well be timely given the injury problem to Kyle Lafferty who is facing a month out with a hamstring problem from today's win over Motherwell.Novo has been training with Rangers while Spanish football takes a winter break and has six months left on his contract with Sporting Gijon, the club he joined when he left Rangers in 2010.Now the 32-year-old could be poised for a return to Light Blue.Boss Ally McCoist said: "Nacho came in and trained with us and he is a great friend of everyone at this football club whether it is a supporter, player or manager. He is a breath of fresh air."He was back for Christmas and New Year and he asked if he could come in and do a bit of training. Hard work and endeavour I guess.If we had a a decent budget then I'd be happy to bring him back as cover now Lafferty is out but considering we have very little money I'm not keen on spending it on Novo.
