If Ally left it'd be disappointing but no man is bigger than the club. I'd argue that we already have a replacement at the club in Kenny McDowall who is one of the most experienced coaches in Scottish football. Kenny McDowall would no doubt jump at the chance to manage Rangers and for all we know he'd be fantastic at it. McDowall has a very impressive CV he's worked under MON, Strachan, Walter Smith, etc. I find it surprising that so many people overlook him and simply dismiss him as a possible manager. Remember what John Barnes did to the Taigs with his retarded 4-2-2-2 formation lol. Ally still has everything to prove when it comes to creating a successful side. Let's not forget that Ally got us knocked out of 4 different Cup competitions at the very first hurdle and even if we had our 10pts back we'd still be well adrift of Celtic in the SPL. At times some of Ally's decisions have been baffling. I'm all for giving Ally a proper chance next season but like I said, he still has everything to prove.
