what does it all mean?

Doesn't mean much but it puts as much information as we can find in the public domain, which is a good thing. Hopefully encourages more folk to dig and see what they can find.

It means fuck all, it just means that the Club will be incorporated under this holding company when the shares are transferred surely?

Could simply be for his remuneration. Set up company, pay yourself via it then through dividends and save on the lower tax rate. He will be planning to be paid. Would explain only having the one director too.

Yes it could. But you wouldn't necessarily need FFW for a simple company like that. And you'd be more likely to use a firm of accountants anyway.

There will be some corporate vehicle for the acquisition - this is the most likely one found so far.

Not especially bad news. Holding company for NewCo if CVA doesnt come off

Covering all bases

Or just holding company as a vehicle for his purchase of Rangers. Practically anyone buying a football club would have set up a company to do it through regardless of whether his plans are newco or CVA.

..

..

One name which I believe we will be hearing a lot of in the coming days is that of a lawyer with that firm He specialises in football matters. His name is Daniel Geey.

Any hack wishing to get more information can reach him at...
