And you'd be more likely to use a firm of accountants anyway.There will be some corporate vehicle for the acquisition - this is the most likely one found so far. Practically anyone buying a football club would have set up a company to do it through regardless of whether his plans are newco or CVA. The firm is Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, 35, Vine Street, London.....One name which I believe we will be hearing a lot of in the coming days is that of a lawyer with that firm He specialises in football matters.
