Gaz92 966
Wouldn't of expected anything different, but at the same time, it wasn't until the verdict was given that we were really berated. Would be interesting to see if FIFA or UEFA come in to have their say on it though, and will Dunfermline be punished for their actions?

stfu 596
FIFA and UEFA will support whatever local body is in their group. What we need is a Bosman type ruling that shatters the stone set powers of the governing bodies. The problem is that even though we are in the right on the sanctions issue we will not challenge this at the highest level to prove we are in the right. We will capitulate because we are more scared of what we could loose than the great victory we would win.The law is on our side but we do not have the time or the will to fight this as competing this season is more important than winning our fight.I have said it before but the day that Murray took control of our club was the blackest day in our history. We have stood back and accepted "virtually" every edict and indictment that has been passed down from Duncan Ferguson's gaol time to Donald Findlay's forced expulsion on very dubious grounds.A huge amount of the blame for this must stand with our own senior management structure and their constant belief that a dignified silence was always the better option. This tactic was proven wrong time and time again and as yet we (as a club) did nothing to fight back or change our stance.Sadly we may now be in a position where we do too little too late.
