Unlikey to even get a result this week. They are four days set aside for the tribunal and then LNS and the two QCs can take as much time as they like to deliberate before giving a written (and probably very detailed) verdict. The result could come in days, weeks or months.

Are these the rules that were in palce at the time of the alledged breach. I wouldn't put it past them to have added to the list in the last couple of years with Rangers in mind but of course were they to impose a sanction that were not available to them at the time of the alledged rule breach (let's not piss about, a few admin errors that gave Rangers no advantage whatsoever, a far lesser "crime" even than playing an unregistered player in a cup game or something like that) then our courts would rectify that pretty quickly were we to challenge. SPL and SFA both don't seem to keep previous rules publically available so i cant check.
