Heard they have proposed 4 leagues of 10 with 2 teams to be drawn out of the hat by Liewell (Daily Record exclusive its Rangers & St Mirren) to be sent to the Junior League.

The teams in each of the 4 leagues will play each other 4 times then split into 8 leagues of 5 and play further matches against each other, until one team gets an attendance which fills a ground or a team goes bust. SIMPLES.

This just in;

Neil Duncaster and Stuart Rhegan hail hail this plan as visionary and the saviour of not only Scottish but World Football.

One of my mates back home is friends with a Morton director and he told me half the current div1 teams are desperate to break away and join a spl 2 type set up on the promise of more money being filtered down to them.
