Yes or No?Moaning about everything does not equate to caring more...especially when you have very little perspective on the topic...the statement acknowledges the fans efforts, it might be best to ask those fans who took the time to challenge the BBC on this if they want a public thank you from the club....for all we know they have received a private thanks....
