RockwellGers 14,790
I'd have to say Lee Wallace. Then Templeton, if I'd seen a bit more of Law it may be him. McLeod hasn't shown quite enough to be No1 yet but certainly enough potential to be right up there.
Nymrod 30
Lee Wallace is currently the most effective guy in our team. The new guys have got to prove themselves before they can even be considered. End of story.
Smile 26,622
It will be Law this season i think none of the players seem to have his attitude and level of fitness bar maybe Wallace.
Bugsy_Dave 20
Who voted for Jon Daly?! Anyone who didnt vote for Lee Wallace needs to clue themselves up a bit.
Bluepeter9 5,167
8 new signings nod only seen 2 of them play one game for us - so went Walace - I have high hopes for Daly and Perlata
eejay the dj 31,964
My choice is for Macleod. He has tremendous drive and energy coupled with technique and vision. He was arguably, before his injury, our most consistent player last year. The biggest compliment I can pay him is that when he was out injured, in a squad containing McCulloch, Little, Templeton, Shiels, Wallace etc, we missed his influence in the team and for an 18 year old that is impressive no matter the quality of opposition. I realise the title specified currently but I feel the potential for progression in the future should also be a factor in the decision, and as good as I think Lewis is now I can see him becoming so much better.I'm sure many will have Wallace as a stick on for this, and for good reason too. However having watched him closely the second half of last season his form dropped off significantly, as with the majority of the squad. He is still capable of producing dynamic and influential performances but, to me, he doesn't appear to be enjoying his football (who can blame him) and that is affecting the levels of his performances.Law is another possibility. Having watched brief highlights of him through preseason he looks a very strong and complete player, but by that same token I don't think I've seen enough of him to base a judgement on.Templeton is another candidate. On his day he is our best player by miles, but his issues with consistency and decision making rule him out for me.Dean Shiels was our best and most consistent performer before his injury last year . McLeod has not played well in last two games for me so he is hardly our best player. On current form it would have to be Law or Billy.
hooooootchy 405
Tempelton . On his game the best we have . Talent alone its him . . Little less talent imo but more consistency puts wallace as a close second
Johnny Hubbard 280
Wallace by some distance. Law has looked good so far though.....Wallace is our best player without a doubt
allgers 735
Was going to vote for the new boy Law, then saw that this was a trick question, Albear85 you naughty boy. So voted for Wallace who was neck and neck with Law anyway. Law is a trialist.
Dirty Brown Spongo 0
for me has to be Wallace although Templeton close second only as he is more injury prone.
Misteral 2,932
I think on current form then Nicky Law but I think Moshni may well be up for some awards this season
d_nic83 61
Current ability has to be Wallace. Most potential Macleod
Ger_onimo 20,488
Wallace is just quality. Haven't seen enough of Law yet, but looks like he could be in the same category. If Mohsni continues to perform as he has in preseason, and manages to shore up our defence, he could become our most important player. But yeah, it's Wallace.
