OlegKuznetsov 10,816
This one's too far gone to be of any assistance. He's clearly not interested in the tax-payers' concerns. In fact, he is a tax-payers' concern, as he was party to the rubber-stamping.

Answered by Humza Yousaf (05/06/2014): The Scottish Government has not provided any direct support to the Government of Sudan. The international development budget funded a project run by Tearfund in the Darfur region of Sudan during the first round of our Sub Saharan Development Programme in 2008. The project aimed to meet the basic needs of local and displaced people through provision of nutrition support and health promotion in feeding centres and health clubs, as well as improvements to water, sanitation and food security. The Educator 1,572
"@JohnMasonMSP: @bhoab It is part of the bigger picture of sectarianism, anti-Irish racism, etc. "In response to this perhaps he could be asked to name the last protestant provost of Glasgow. It would be very interesting if somebody could publish accurate records of the number of catholic/Irish catholic holding top public office in Glasgow and Scotland as a whole and compare this with the proportion of their percentage of the country's overall population. Likewise the GCC records of the proportion from this group occupy jobs within the GCC over all. Somehow I think that you may find that their representation is higher than one would expect from a group that proclaims itself to be a minority that faces institutional bias in Scotland.
