minstral 5,375 Posted February 21, 2015 Author Share Posted February 21, 2015 We will lose generations of fans because of the negative spotlight we now find ourselves in.I know a few people that have been fans all of their lives but won't take kids to games because they don't want them exposed to the more questionable parts of the song book.We're not in the dark ages anymore and people don't want to be tarred by the element of our support that rejoice in singing songs that are blatantly offensive and hateful.This is tame to what used to go on at football games many many years ago. Sectarianism, according to one definition, is bigotry, discrimination, or hatred arising from attaching importance to perceived differences between subdivisions within a group, such as between different denominations of a religion, class, regional or factions of a political movement.Has every club in Scotland a sectarian problem by that definition ?
