Contacting admin

Can anyone tell me how to contact Admin, I logged on tonight and there is a number 1 beside a symbol at the top of the page that I clicked on and it said " reported members 1"  I haven't a clue what this is as I haven't reported anyone as far as I know and I doubt if anyone has reported me. Wee bit help needed guys.
