Buying players from mediocre clubs will not guarantee a winning mentality- that is fed down from the very top. now it's time for the players and us fans to stop feeling hard done by incompetent refs and sorry for ourselves and go and grind out wins. Obviously I want total domination of games but we're not in that place yet to be able to do that. Right now I'd take a Walter style 1-0 victory every game. And as for a strong spine? It's pretty weak minded imo. It's all good putting names on paper but we're missing the grit and steel. When has dorrans,alves,candeias etcplayed in must win games every single time they take the field?
