The more young coaches we can have sitting under the learning tree for a few years and then going out on their own as managers the better. If it goes well, it means we end up with a number of people out there who know the setup, know the style of play and know the standards who can potentially look to get appointed to the big job in the future. We always talk about succession plans for players, but you can bet any amount of money that Ross Wilson would love to do it with coaches too. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Don’t know any further details but that’s why he didn’t stay on at ICT, even though they wanted him to, so assume he’s not looking at managerial gigs in the short term.
