Boab 73
Would you wash your hands of them or say if Hutton left, would you take an interest in whoever he played for and be proud? I mean, more of an established youth than say Stevie McLean or Andy Dowie but if Burke or Adam moved on?
WVB 2,560
To be honest, once a player leaves The Rangers i'm no longer interested in his career.
Muff 245
If Hutton moved on I'd watch out for him. If Adam did I wouldn't as I'd hate lower league Scottish football. Depends on the player, what I think of them and the team they go to.
excoriate 0
Probably would aye. Always like to follow their careers when they leave, but recently they've either left cause they're shit or because they've never been given the chance to prove themselves. Frankie 505
Stevie McLean has done pretty well given the injuries he's had. Any player that leaves Rangers after playing well, working hard and respecting the club/fans will always have my support. Unless we play against him obviously... ibroxwonder 0
If Hutton moved on I'd watch out for him. If Adam did I wouldn't as I'd hate lower league Scottish football. SuperRangers 2
I would look out for him but that would be about it though i used to do it religiously with fergie when he was a at Blackburn don't think i missed any of their televised games while he was fit
Dado 334
Depends on the player. I wouldnt go out my way to watch a game they were playing in to be honest no matter who it was though.
ScotBear 144
Going by the reaction Gattuso gets, a player who barely established himself with us, I would think most fans would take an interest on how the likes of Hutton got on in future if he leaves. Ted E Bayer 484
It's rare that a player goes on to bigger and better things. That maybe why i haven't followed ex gers. But if he went to Man U I'd be tuning in every week to see if he can cut it down there. (Watch all fitba on the TV anyways.)
Jasper 157
Would always look out for ex-players...........especially Scottish ones that WE brought through
Briton 394
To be honest, once a player leaves The Rangers i'm no longer interested in his career. I'm exactly the opposite. I'm more interested in ex-Bears than anyone else and always look out for them. I even follow Gordon Ramsey's career.
Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
It really depends on the player and how succesful they were with us, but I wouldn't go out of my way to keep up on how they're doing as my priority would be with the players still playing for Rangers and how Rangers are doing. papaguy51 912
I think it's great to see ex Gers who have went on to better things. Still fills me with pride seeing Gattuso leading out AC / Italy and thinking, 'he himself still owes all this to my club'. Great feeling!
