Purely because if both sides don't get through their 2 innings (2x 10 wickets) it ends a draw, regardless of who has the upper hand. With the first innings still not finished by the end of play in day two, I'd suspect a draw in this one, unless Pakistan's batting is destroyed tomorrow.
