All decisions will be made by scouring RM forum and running polls of who should be in and out of the team for the next game. (Please note all admin, as the fans will expect all polls to be well run and accurate, admin will be immediately paid for by the club at a salary no less than 3 times what they are earning now, but no less than £149k per annum (to prevent excess tax!) and will require a maximum of 10 hours effort per week. Canadaready to be paid twice the highest admin earner to lead the RM team.) Tactical knowledge needed (Pior to game): None - tactics will always be 2-3-5 - we will go all out to win every game with 2 wingers, 2 inside forwards and a center forward. We will totally disregard opposition, home and away and play our own game. Tactical knowledge needed (during game): None - substitutions will be decided by text vote - first 3 players to reach 500 texts get hooked and replaced by sub with most votes that didn't make the starting 11. (Texts call £2 with £1.99 going to the RM drinks fund and £0.01p to player development. + normal service charge). Scouting Ability needed: None - new players will be decided by a panel of FM2008 experts based on the ability shown by player on the computer game. All decisions will be by RM poll. (Chair Papaguy51) Players: If a player wants to go - he goes for whatever the buyer wants to pay. If we want to buy a player we pay what the seller wants us to pay plus give all a sell on clause and the selling club a share of any sell on fee - regardless of profit made. If a player wants to play for us, Rangers have to be the only club he has ever wanted to play for, he has to swear allegiance to the team and the queen (in that order), understand and pass a test on our History (set by committe - chaired by Minstral), and never EVER be injured, want to leave OR play a poor game. Failure (treble every season - plus at least CL semi-final) is NOT an option! Press Relations: There will be no press conferences all press should be refered to RM forum to pick up on latest decisions and then write what they want anyway. Note: any reporter writing anything but glowing reports about the team, or the supporters are banned from the forum and Ibrox immediately. (As decided by RM Committe - Chair: Jiminez) (BBC Need not apply - ever!) Ownership: Club ownership will be immediately handed over to fans, held in trust by RM. Financial considerations: If the club makes a financial loss then the government has to pick that up as they have now set a precedent and Rangers going down would be catastrophic for the world economy. Any profit generated will be immediately shared amongst all RM forum members after costs of the RM party are deducted. Please note all season tickets will now be free but all supporters must pass Rangers allegiance test (see Minstral, WhiteVanBear or Bluedignity for details). Test will include the ability to 'sing' for 90 minutes at matches, do the 'bouncy' and also a timposter test. His blind faith in walter and murray is truly astounding, he obviously watches and supports a different Rangers from us because never have I seen him post anything that could be related to the current 'Rangers' we are having to watch. I usually find something to agree on with every poster on here, or at least be able to empathise with their sentiments, but everything he says is utter tripe. Me thinks that Bluepeter9 has been infuriated with the abuse that Smith has been taking on here over the past 3 days or so, and knowing that a serious post of defence for the man will be ridiculed, he's created this subtly nasty thread to suppress his anger.
