Honestly when was the last time we was a threat from corners? Had all that short comer rubbish with MW which never amounted to anything and now you just know they are gonna clear it when it comes Into the box

I genuinely think the last time we scored from a corner was Clint Hill away to Ross County at the beginning of last season. We've been brutal at set pieces for years and years.

The thing is defending and attacking free kicks is just as important as crossing, defending and going for goal in open play, woefully underestimated by us

to be fair in this game Hearts are decent in the air... should have realised that though and not pumped every corner into Berra in the box

We lack height and physicality throughout the team.  That's why we've struggled at set-pieces over the last two seasons.  We need more physicality added to the team in the summer there's no question about it.

On the whole it lets us down, thought we put in some decent corners today. We lack physicality in our team imo.

The men Vs boys last week wasn't just about ability. Height and strength played a big part too. Add those and suddenly our deliveries will seem that bit better as we will start to win some of those balls.

Absolutely right - we lose too many physical battles in the midfield, ship goals from set-pieces, and pose little threat from our own corners. Time after time this season we have come up against teams with two or three tall, athletic guys in key positions, and we have struggled to cope with them.
