Boab 73 Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 I was having Steak and Ale Pie today in Sainsbury's and reading the Daily Record and I came across the betting bit, the Challenge Cup is on today and so really its start of the season for the British betting man! Tho tbh its not really the start as nabdy really cares about it either (I admit as I thought it might be the time for new season's betting thread) tho I might bet on a little bit. The season properly starts, not even next week when the 1st round of the League Cup happens, but the 15th when the EPL and the SPL starts?! What I'm saying I suppose is when should somebody put the new betting thread up, maybe the 8th when the Championship/Scottish lower league starts? I hope the mhanks get a pasting but it is known that Russians don't travel too well in Europe, so will be a cracking result if Dinamo can turn them over at Neverland.
