My grandfather told me in the twenties with no mobile phones or television , bears who didn't attend the games would often go to their local train station to find out the score from returning fans. Which led to the famous verse, "Doon the line the train came puffing , Rangers four celtic nothing"

Both of these pictures claim to be Rangers second goal scored by McPhail in the 1928 Scottish cup final. However I can't work out how the celtic keeper in the second picture is lying on the ground as if he's dived when in the first picture he's behind the goalscorer. Can anyone shed any light on it ?
