Would agree, there’s plenty games where our strikers have missed umpteen chances and have had barren spells but this was a new role for Aribo and on a another night he may well have had a hat trick . The pleasing thing for me was at least he was getting into the right areas to have a shot at goal 🔴⚪️🔵

Credit where its due , I thought he had a good game tonight and was pretty solid throughout. He had a lot of pressure on him tonight after comments he made on Sunday but he didn’t hide and I’m sure he will be as pleased as anyone to get through without conceding 🔴⚪️🔵💪

Really didn’t think he would go but it’s looking more and more likely 😔. Would never have thought he would leave mid season with so much at stake. Thought he had an amazing season last year but we’ve not hit the same heights this year with some pretty poor results. Lampard would be my choice to replace him .
