Without going into too much detail, I was approached about a month ago about a role working with Karim Virani (CCO) but for various reasons said no, although during it got to hear quite a lot about the structure. They will likely hire it in the next month or so but as it's on the commercial side it's not that relevant to the squad.
One of the reasons they wanted to hire this role was, and I quote, "because they wanted someone on the ground running the team day to day, as Karim is based in Essex and is only in Glasgow a couple days a week."
This is a senior executive at our club who isn't based in the same country, yet expect their staff to be in office 5 days a week. Other conversations also really led me to believe there is quite a significant gap between the board/C-Suite and the staff actually running the day to day and it very much runs on the C-Suite/Board being given updates or presented to every few weeks, rather than actually being involved in the running of the club. 
So when we talk about the running of the club, I genuinely don't know who is actually running the club and making the decisions. We are not a big enough business to be running in this way, our C-Suite should be far more hands on.

Biggest group in our support are the Union Bears and they have a lot of pull when it comes to numbers. They need to arrange a protest in ways that will work. We need our club back.
I'll happily give up years of Celtic dominating just for the right people to be in the club with a good manager who brings good standards and values and has the club working as a steam engine going forward.
It needs to be done. It might set us back years but this club needs rescued it's filled with arrogant arseholes.
Hit them where it hurts and stop attending the games and buying merchandise until they are weedled out

Think I might head down tomorrow lunchtime and see wht's happening.
Need some transparency regarding the following:
1) Understand we don't want to continually change managers but why was Clement given an extension when performances and results have been poor.
2) Why was the material not ordered last season in sufficient time to consider potential delays so that once the last game at Ibrox was over the work could commence. 
3) Why did you hire a rookie manager and dud in Beale then give him millions to waste on mediocre players?
4) How bad is the financial outlook of the club?
5) How on earth did the club employ what turned out to be a rabid Rangers hater?
6) Are we cost cutting and how are you going to balance the books?
7) Why has it taken so long to find a CEO/Academy Director?
8) Why is the B team rubbish and bringing through nobody.
 
If I could get clear answers to those questions I'd be slightly happier.
 
 

Whilst I'm a self admitted user of FF and also a big critic of the admins, this is actually a really good point. Very quickly are people's opinions and concerns muted, threads are deleted and bans are handed out very quickly for a public forum. The level of reading the admin do to find stuff to remove is 1950s soviet state levels of monitoring and if someone wanted to use their massive base of the support to attempt to try and do something, it would just be shut down and replaced with the days newspapers. God forbid Dingwall wants to give up his media nonsense. Edgar I actually think does call things out more on his podcast but the 'influential', as much as I hate using thay phrase, parts of the support to be honest, don't want to attempt to inact change

I said before Clement got his new contract that I expected McInnes to be our manager by the end of the season, the new contract threw me but wouldn't be surprised to see it happen, and I definitely don't think he'd knock it back again, imagine that's a massive regret of his.

Clement needs to bite the bullet and stop being huffy with certain players and shoe Horning others in . 
Lawrence is poor ,so is Wright and yilmaz is out . Dessers is indecisive  and 4231 isn't working .
Saturday is prime time to show some bollox and put others in. Sterling in with baron and dio i Even matondo up front with his pace . Go 433 and make the midfield solid and creative .
