Look at them lot, minutes from being shut down, 18 years later they have a new stadium of sorts and are financially sound, so we are told. I can see McCoists point but its easy for him to say. The thought of playing in Scotland cannot be attractive just now. Even Boyd put money before what could have been at Rangers, so to expect an outsider to look at the 'Glamour' of playing for Rangers is not on. I think with half the squad leaving this summer and the potential for the same again next summer then I cannot think of a single reason why Walter would want to stay on other than the fact he has seen them appoint Lennon as his rival and sees Three in a Row as a shoe-in!

He may look at the stepping stone moves made by Cuellar/Boumsong/Boogie(?) and think thats the way to go, knowing fine if he shows up well in the SPL and CL games he will get a move to a better league sooner rather than later and to a better club (Than Newcastle etc) I notice Sol Bamba may be on the move...
