I would have thought that Celtic will be expected to contribute to the works within their stadium; indeed they will require to commission it all; otherwise it would be very messy regarding warranties and liability should any of the renovation damage existing untouched parts of the stad. the problem is polar bear that there is more tims than protestants in glasgow, and it shows with all the tim tops that you see. To suggest that you would choose your vote based on the religion of the candidate is ridiculous, and very sad if that is you measure of a man and his policies! Fair dos guys if they had pro IRA slogans I totally agree that it is outrageous. The barca fan has denied seeing this, and as I wasn't at the game and did not see it I was not aware that they were flying that shit. I do however take umbrage at the obnoxious poster calling me a "scumbag" for suggesting that there is nothing wrong with them winding up the fans with celtic flags....in no way did i suggest that it is acceptable to fly IRA stuff. If you actually believe that having an Irish flag with celtic written on is evidence of supporting the IRA you are a sad and very ignorant man! I believe it is what is referred to as 'banter.' Much in the same way as manutd's european opponents would carry man city/arsenal/liverpool slogans at games! I would also add that them raising that flag offended me in no way, and only a small minded person would be outraged at such a gesture. I think everyone should stop and take a deep breath. To suggest that a team would pay 10 million for AH is ridiculous; a year ago most people on here wanted him punted and the maniac from manure to get a second chance in the RB slot! AH needs to spend more time at Ibrox developing his game, proving that he can do it week in week out whilst improving. I dont need to mention a certain RB from the other side of the city that was marauding through teams each week (incl against CL teams) only to be easily dealt with as he was found to be a 1 trick pony. Dont know of you seen the game, but Rangers were not all that attack minded. Seemed comfortable to sit in, soak up pressure and hit on the break for the majority of the game. Worked out very well. As others have mentioned the ref was an absolute joke....how Nacho's 'penalty' was not awarded is completely beyond me. Barry's handball was also 3 yards inside the box in the 1st half and he gave a free kick on the edge of the box! So he sh@t on both teams!
