  1. Why did you report me to the mods for sending you a truthful message some time ago then? Perhaps you ought to practice what you preach, naw? Anyway, because some attention seeker thinks that players are donkeys, does not make them donkeys! One man's rubbish is another man's gold! Life is all about opinions, and I tend to think that the Gers have a lot of quality players now; you do not - that is the beauty of a forum. Perhaps you could be more factual as to why you do not rate these guys and you'll get a lot of credit. I must admit, at times you do speak sense through the mist. Finz
  2. Can you tell all the pickpockets / thiefs to dissappear when Rangers are over. It totally ruins the beautiful city! I was in Barca on a stag in July, and 6 out of the group of 22 got robbed by pickpockets or hookers!
  3. Read it and disagree. I was sitting in the East stand (the Well stand the guy refers to as the scene of the crime!); and confirm that there was no racism eminating from there! The actual allegation was in the Main Stand - directly across from the East. Think the guy has had bum info from his mates. Refer to my earlier post where I noted that there is no investigation (SFA or Police); because nothing happened!
  4. Motherwell fans were not booing Kingston for his racist accusations last seasons; he was abused for being a cheat! No charges have been made against Motherwell, because the Police, the Linesman, 4th Official, Setanta, etc did not hear racist chanting because it did not occur! It was based on some BBC guy grabbing the wrong end of the stick as to why Kingston was being abused..... he elected not to report Calum Elliot getting far more abuse, a good degree or two more nasty into the bargain! The accusations have now been removed from the Beeb website. Typical sensationalisation from the Scottish press: Why let facts get in the way of a good old story!
  5. Motherwell fans were not singing the billy boys, that was the jambos! Didn't hear any of the alleged racist chants, and the police are not investigating. Sounds to me like someone has taken the booing and abuse at Kingston for being a diving, timewasting and general wanky peice of work and twisted it!
  6. The well have landed ex Ger Stephen Hughes, and got young Palace striker Lewis Grabban on loan. Good bit of business from McGhee!
  7. Think last night's karaoke from the shellicks pretty much vindicates Derry's walls. All they sang about was freeing Derry; interesting to see if UEFA do anything about it? I for one have no interest in hearing about Irish pash when watching a game involving a Scottish team versus a Russian team! To think that those Cahhnts have the audacity to clain that Derry's walls in a sectarian song! Was speaking to a shellick supporting work colleague during a smoke break there who 'never heard a thing' but maintains that Derry's Walls is a dodgy songs cos of the 'die' in it! Once again, timmy discriminates!
  8. Wooazers, this thread has went crazy since the last time I viewed! All myself and a few other posters suggested was : If you are as much a Rangers fan as you claim....surely going without singing a few songs shouldn't be an issue! Some bears need to wake up and smell the coffee; by continuing the way they are, the club they 'profess' to love will suffer as a direct consequence! Go sing those songs in your own time, attend church and stop portraying yourselves as a victim!
  9. He's lurking as well m, wonder why he's not answering? I have made no secret that I support Motherwell; though do have a leaning to Rangers through my parentage. I have been more supportive on here than a number of pure Rangers fans, and am not on here to antagonise, just offer a viewpoint. My reason for being on here is generally to discuss RFC; and also as I feel this is the best fans forum on the market. Apologies if you feel I overstepped the line on this topic, and if you feel I have no right to discuss this topic, however my viewpoints appear to be in accordance with a number of other users. As mentioned on my previous post, I no longer have the inclination to discuss this issue. Cheers guys, Finz and you were trying to educate me on what to sing at MY TEAMS GROUND , its unreal. Not trying to educate you mate. Merely pointing out that if you do it is to the detriment to RFC. You clearly cannot see the wood for the trees!
  10. Whilst I agree with the fundamentals of WS's statement; I still think it is to the benefit of Scottish players if the rule remains. What I dont agree with in his statement is the part where he says the younguns think they have made it when they reach the bench. I would have thought it would spur them onto greater things when they see it so close? I'm all for the rule remaining in place - with a slight adaption: Rather than the 3 u-21's, it would be more beneficial to state 3 home developed players. Think about Hibs, and say they kept all their players. Feasibly they could have a squad of 18 all around 22-24 years old. 3 of the squad would have to drop out for 3 under 21's, despite the fact all their players may have come through their youth system. Watty just needs to blood more younguns !

  12. first class minstral. and anybody who can't see what's happening to us and our club must be blind, and have no sense of feeling. This is only the tip of the iceberg bears, after a while there will be nothing left to give.... Reality check required Rab....All that they are doing is stopping a few songs being sung! Rangers Football Club will continue to prosper regardless of what songs they allow / do not allow! Too much emphasis is being placed upon this by Bears fans, who are proactively encouraging opposition fans to mock how childish this whole episode is being handled. If you want to sing the 'banned' songs feel free, just dont do it at football matches and the club will be fine. This whole topic has been totally blown out of proportion by all parties concerned, and is getting way too much air time. That is all I am going to say on the matter, as to be honest I am bored sick of it! Nothing is been said that hasn't been said before. The end result will be the status quo, and the club's name is being dragged through the mud by the stubborness of a pocket of fans! Time to move on for the Finz!
  13. The question is........ .....when all is said and done, would you actually go through with it and FTP? Deviants!
  14. This must be the most puerile post I've seen on RM. Grown men acting like children because they cannot sing a few songs! FFS grow up and stop greetin like children!
  15. For FS, get a grip of yourself/reality! There have been a few songs banned due to content....so whit! Get on with it man, and stop portraying yourself as a victim! You are acting like a spoilt 5 year old girl! - or worse......timmy! Everyone know's the situation; and it aint gonna change anytime soon! Move on with your life...there is more to supporting your team than signing about your sexual fantasies with the pope, et al! you stick to your sad little world that you live in and i will stay in my world along with thousands of other true blues who feel the same way. at least we have the guts to fight for our club and will not stand by and watch the heart being torn from the club, by all the do-gooders and you know what you have just answered my post because they will soon be nothing left of the club that the old school and thousands of fans gave everything for our club, they have followed them all over the place, bought all the merchindise and sacrificed everything for the club they love. so you would give up all the songs that we sing, could you tell me what is wrong with the songs without the add ons, and dont accuse me about singing songs about the pope, where did i say i sang about the pope. so produce proof please. also your whats wrong with our club nowadays, no fight against people who attack our club and fans, you just sit back and wait for your belly to be tickled and told that your a good boy, but i dont know why i waste my time , because who is it that you support again, its not rangers or celtic just tell us who please. Humble apologies all knowledgable one! Move on....it's 2007 now mate. The world is evolving and your being left behind!

  17. One dodgy performance and the dummies are well and truly out the pram! Give a chance for the team to get in stride, and the new boys to gel with the established lads! This thread seriously questions the loyalty of a number of you! Why not go and support Man Utd or another winning team if that's the attitude?
  18. If he turns out too be as good as is hoped, I cant see him hanging about the SPL for too long. The lure of the EPL always gets them......just ask BF.
  19. Spammer extraordinaire! His behaviour does seem to have improved of late, however, his posts remain tired, churlish and boring in the main! In saying that, dont mind the guy, and the place would be a lot duller without him!
  20. I just hope that the youngster is afforded more patience than Alan Hutton was earlier in the season if he does get the nod. Though I reckon due to the hype surrounding him, he may get the 'untouchable' status from early on, I hope so anyway. Encouraging that the lad can generate such excitement at such a young age.
  21. Of you look through our team, most of the players were out of position! We really missed a midfield tbh - Ferry and that other wee guy were good at the Euros, and Cameron from Dundee Utd was pretty good then also. The midfielder we had playing last night, Jamie Adams was absolutely atricious! He had the passing ability of 1 legged Neil Lennon FFS! Gilmour looked pretty nifty when he came on though - and that sums up our footballing mentality.....leave our 'ball players' on the bench, and play the big duffer there instead! Reynolds was our best player by some distance.
  22. Yeah, I know what you're saying: Unfortunately there are numerous idiotic and mindless Rangers fans (such as the cold-blooded aquatic one) giving the decent fans a bad name. You never hear about the well behaved ones though; just the bampots that are determined to get the club penalised.
  23. On a Sunday it opens 2 hrs before Kick-off & for 2 hrs after the game You are not able to buy bevvy at halftime - due to the Licensing agreement with the SFA You'll enjoy im sure Mate at work is a season ticket holder at the Kerrydale Suite at the Tattie Bowl, and he gets booze at halftime! I was his guest at the last Motherwell game at the bowl and was supping on Carling at half time! Why is timmy allowed booze at halftime, but not BAr 72? They aren't .. if they are selling booze at halftime then they are breaking the law, simple as ... you should report them Na, I would be amazed if they would break the law like that, there must be a loophole....but as I said it is 100% Fact that they sell booze at halftime in the Kerrydale suite, and also the area in the long 2 tier stand with leather seats. Not everyone who sits their can go in the bar, you need a pass. Also, no jeans and trainers are permitted in the bars! Back to original question, why are they allowed to sell booze before the match, at haltime and after the match; and Bar 72 aint?
