    Aaron

looks to me as if he is every bit as good as fleck and should be given a run starting now. give youth a chance after all; the experienced players are hardly setting the heather on fire
  2. watching this current lot is closer to torture than enjoyment. if we didn't have rangers in our hearts i'm sure we would all find something else to do. part of being a supporter i suppose. the worry is that we don't see any signs of improvement. we have a squad of players where most of them seem unable to do the basics. can't control a ball, can't make a simple 5 yard pass. free kicks, corners, throw ins - all of them are shocking and we don't seem to want to do anything about it. the young boy Aaron did more when he came on that most of them had done for the full game. why not give him a start instead of keeping faith with the usual mob?
  3. did i not read last year that rangers stated they would be attempting to trace the whereabouts of the grave and put it in order? funny feeling it was mentioned by Sandy Jardine.
  4. Sunderland have announced that for next season, season tickets will be reduced by at least £30. They also want to ensure the next generation will become supporters and are offering kids season tickets at £19. Is there any chance that Rangers will follow suit as I honestly believe a lot of bears will be counting their pennies and be wondering if they should re-new for next season
  5. smith comes out and says we are faceless wonders but maybe he should look himself in the mirror and see that most of these problems are down to him. if he is worried about what is being written about murray then he should come out and admit that his tactics are sh..e and that if he had not wasted so much money then we would not be in the mess we are today.
  6. have to say i was at a complete loss when we brought on whittaker. we are playing falkirk at ibrox they are 2nd. bottom of the league. they played with one up front for most of the match and yet we kept a back 4. smith can't even spell tactics and the only surprise is that he didn't take fleck off. if we paid for season tickets based on entertainment rangers would owe money to a lot of supporters.
  7. that is why i was confused. it seems to me this is a trust statement and they are not claiming the rights to it because they have previously been warned by sdm with regards to their conduct.
  8. sorry but still confused. so if this is not a trust statement and only cdl have publicly stated they back it, who issued the statement and on whose behalf?
  9. if this is the case then i am a bit puzzled. the statement says it is not a trust statement but is backed by them so who exactly is involved? the assembly i believe have said they are not backing it.
  10. we made a profit last year because of our run in europe and the sale of hutton. smith was promised this money. he was the one who chose to do little with it until it was too late and we were then out of europe to a pub team. cuellar was then sold and to a person we as rangers supporters demanded the money was used to bring in new players. between the profit from last season and the sale of cuellar walter was given £17 million or so to spend. not matter what any of us think of sdm, it is his job to provide the manager with what he needs. MONEY as far as i am concerned it is walter who has wasted the money and he is the one who should be hung out to dry. problem who now have is that when it eventaully happens what is left for the new guy to work with. one other thought. if the £17 million spent this season came from the sources mentioned above how come we are so much in need of £3 million now to balance the books? <_<
  11. At last somebody has come out with the truth about the scum Celtic was a big mistake for me, that's for sure. Celtic never understood me , and I for sure never understood them. It was a club with an image which was full of its own self importance and role in the world. The club was going through a troubled time and when manager John Barnes got the sack, my days there were numbered. It's hard to say this but I feel that I have to point out that Celtic, certainly at that time did not react well to people who they did not consider were 'one of them". I am Jewish and proud of my religion and background, Barnes and Ian Wright felt the same as me, and they were quickly ostracised when results went against us. After one midweek game which we lost, Wright and Barnes were subject to really disgraceful racial abuse in the car park. It was at that point I knew I had to get out. I found it really disconcerting having to play in front of a huge crowd where many fans had PLO flags and celebrated terrorist actions. They were backing an organization which, after all, wanted the destruction of the State of Israel . How could I give one hundred percent for such a club with an ethos like that? The Celtic Rangers games were utter madness, and I had to remind myself for which club I was playing! I always stood up for the sovereignty of the nation and the right of law. Celtic seemed to be going for the opposite, by supporting terrorist groups from Spain, Ireland, the Middle East and Africa. It was crazy!". As if to underline Berkovic's anger, was the fact that shortly after his departure from Celtic, (the man who released him) Martin O'Neill signed John Hartson who had assaulted the slight Israeli at a training session when both men played for West Ham. Even a quick glance on youtube years later, does nothing to dampen the sheer brutality of the unpremeditated attack on Bekovic. "The signing of somebody like John Hartson by Celtic did not come as a surprise to me. It was a marriage made in heaven. The fans finally had found somebody who embodied everything they stood for, and I for one was not astonished that he went onto become a cult figure at their club." As for tomorrow's derby in Glasgow , Berkovic will be tuning in to watch the game though it comes as no surprise at all to learn that he will leaning towards the blue side of Glasgow tomorrow.
  12. no matter what we think of him or his opinions can anyone really say that they are s...e and yet were still unable to beat them at Ibrox in what was a must win game for us. worst celtic team for years and yet we never once had them under pressure. :angry2:
  13. with the money walter has already wasted why would anyone trust him with more. the league has gone so you have to question whether walter is allowed to carry on or should a new manager be brought in now and let him prepare for next season. give walter more money now and it will simply leave less for a new man to work on.
  14. nothing new in ws playing players out of position he did it regularly during 9 in a row, the difference was we had some quality. we have arguably the largest squad in the spl and lets face it we are crap. yesterday was one of the worst o.f. games i have ever seen, they were there for the taking and we did not have a clue.
  15. completely unbelievable. they sing what they like and the minute we sing something it ends up in court. what makes this even worse is that it was Rangers stewards that reported him so we now find Rangers employing people to stitch us up. thanks a lot mr. murray amd mr. bain. maybe we should get someone to take you lot to court when you next stick up the ticket prices after all in some cases it is daylight robbery no surrender
  16. take a chance on youth. this is walter smith we are talking about. as much chance of that happening as there is me winning the lotto and i dont even try it
  17. fed up hearing about no money available. smith has spent more since he came back than probably al the other spl teams put together. had this been spent wisely the shoe would have been on the other foot. instead we are out of europe, league almost beyond on reach and not yet into december. i would be sacked from my job if i had wasted as much money as that clown. time to go
  18. sounds good but what odds on rangers saying okay?
  19. aye and paid for by the money handed over by the club. nice one :unionflag:
  20. why should we be surprised at this crap? as the song says "why don't you go home" and the sooner the better. scum and will never be anything else :unionflag:
  21. good article Frankie. it has been obvious for some time that reporters have used sights such as this to get stories and then twist them. now that these sites are having a major impact on the sales of papers they have decided to attack them. SDM's comments have simply lit the fire and lets be honest here do the club really want the ordinary fan mouthing off. doubt it and as these sites are the easiest way of debating matters close to our heart the simply see them as a threat well done again
