I said all along that MW's defence would cost him his job, I stand by that it was probably true. I also got slated on here at times by a few muppets because i told a few home truths, particularly about Holt and Halliday. I thought it was pretty clear that these guys were mediocre pish that should never be near our club, What i will say for all his faults MW did have a philosophy and i respect that, far too stubborn with it even if it did come off a few times in spectacular fashion. Most people though had a sensible approach, although i did think we would finish 2nd, comfortably behind Celtic but clear of Aberdeen maybe 8/10 points..

It's ok saying that mate, and i agree that his plans might not work out in terms of who he can get in. Surely you can see the positives though, in the fact that he identifies and understands clearly what is missing from this team. He is 100% right, we need a team full of "warriors" - Players who are fully committed and wont be bullied or shirk a tackle. We are Rangers and teams should be intimidated to be up against us regardless of ability levels, this team right now is the most spineless gutless Rangers I think we will ever see, ever.

Agree in a sense he looked like he was finished... Hopeful a full pre-season if he is kept on and better players around him means we get more out of him.

To be fair, he was the only one trying in the midfield that day, alllbeit he was terrible. Away to Inverness he was tremendous, one of the best individual performances i have seen all season. He wont be going to Birmingham anyway so we will be stuck with him. Technically he is so much better than what we have and my hope is with better players around him we start seeing the best of him.

Wallace is one i hope will step up his performances again when the quality of player around him improves. I think we can get another year out of him anyway, and given the circumstances he is one that we will need to keep. His form has dipped but he has ability and I hope he can get back to the performances where he would bomb forward and cause problems. Beerman is a young guy who is very limited/average and learning, so there is no comparisons for me.

Best of luck to big Clint, done well in all too familiar difficult circumstances. He enjoyed his time here and we enjoyed him, I personally wouldnt have given him a new contract regardles of wages due to age and expecting much better going forward. Actually excited that the cull has started though, lets hope all the other shite hanging about our club are shown the door. I could count on one hand who i would keep.

After that we were always struggling. Said it plenty now but the players are a disgrace, but the buck always stops with the manager. However let the guy at least try to change it first before we slate him.

Get what you are saying, but we need to let him at least try make even half a team where its his own. Thats the only hope i have, he seems to understand the mentality side of things, so hopeful he can get a few players in who are winners & can actually play football as well. After that i would say judge the guy properly on tactics etc. - will be no excuses then.

Really dont understand how anyone can blame the manager solely. Him and Kenny Miller basically came out and said they worked on stuff all week and bar Miller and Tav I dont think nobody bothered their arse. What can the guy do? Celtic are a better team with better players. They would need to have a major off day and us a very good/element of luck filled one. As mentioned hopefully he learns a thing or two from it, however whether Pedro is the right man or not you physically cannot judge the guy until he has more of a say in players. Chin up lads, its been horrendous but the seasons nearly over. Performance was a disgrace today but i dont expect any less from the poofs we have on show. My hope is every bitter pill we swallow is another reminder that a lot of work is needed on this team, sounds stupid but in reflection i think days like today might not be all bad in 1-2 years time, sometimes unexpected wins paper over the cracks. All depends on if the board find the £££ we need. I think we need at the minimum around 5/6 million, with a few very shrewd loans/bosmans. Biggest fear is we get it wrong in the market again, but i think Pedro understands the type of player needed at Rangers - technically and mentally.

Wes, Rossiter, McKay, Dodoo & Beerman. Miller and Kranjcar for experience and numbers. Tav maybe as squad player. The rest can go, and i really hope there is a massive clearout of the utter shite we are left with.
