Here here! We should be hammering them because they're fcuking rubbish!
-
Shit, I just posted this in the lets all laugh at Celtic thread in the Bears Den before seeing your thread. Sorry man! :pierre:
-
Had 2-1 Utd for today, but my 4-0 win for us yesterday fell a goal short of the mark. :pierre: I'm only 28 points off the leader though, so not to worry!

When are Edu , Mendes and Broadfoot back?
Zappa replied to kasabian101's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Walter Smith said in an interview a couple of days ago that Mendes won't be back for another 4 weeks or so, so call it 6 minimum. This was a televised interview btw, not one in a rag where he's being misquoted. In the same interview he said that both Broadfoot & Edu had been having some problems coming back into full training, so essentially neither of them are back in full training & raring to go yet. No time scale on when they'll be back in the team. -
***The Official Rangers 3 - 0 Kilmarnock Thread***
Zappa replied to Muff's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Bawz, I didn't know Boughie was out. Not been online long enough to read all the news. Looks like I won't be seeing Bougherra & Wilson playing together then. :pierre: I know what you're saying about Rothen, but he's not the only player to have shit games for us so far this season. I'm cool with seeing him getting games in the hope that he'll come good. He's worth having on board if he improves game by game. -
Trading Standards involved in United ticket charge row
Zappa replied to TannochsideBear's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Was thinking this myself. United will be expecting as much, so I'd guess if they're forced to refund a lot of tickets, they'll stick the price back up to £24. Maybe not though! Well done btw TB! -

This is what I'd like to see tomorrow. Similar line-up to Muff's except I've got Bougherra in for Weir because I want to see Bougherra & Wilson together in the center. It's a 4-3-3/4-3-1-2 with Fleck sitting off the front pairing of Boyd & Naismith. :mcgregor: :whittaker::bougherra::wilson::papac: :davis: :thomson::rothen: :fleck: :boyd: ___________ -
Sad to hear this. Rest in peace Graham.

The priority should be Rangers Football Club & it doesn't matter whether it's away from the bank or not. It's actually more important that we have self-sustainability including an emergency facility than self-sustainability without one. Ok, we don't want Muir lingering around for too long, but aside from that there's no real reason to not to have a banking facility available for emergency situations. This is one of the problems I have with fan ownership; I just don't see where the credit facilities come from. Maybe someone clued up on the Bundesliga clubs could shed some light on it?? :pierre:

Not watching, but I think that's what they play. Back 3 with Bougie on the RHS.

The thing that impressed was that this is after only 5 months and these guys have plans to step it up from here. It's definitely good progress. They should be looking at adding a zero to that member tally though. 35000 members would be far more appropriate for a Trust that plans to buy a big club like Newcastle. Will be very interesting to keep an eye on how things pan out for the NUST.
-
Interesting idea speaking to the NUST. I have to say though that even 3500 members sounds a bit on the low side if they intend to buy Newcastle Utd outright. I looked at their plans for fan ownership a week or so ago & it seems like they're well organised. Not so sure about their model right enough, but no doubt they know what they're doing. :pierre:

If Walter Smith leaves in January, who would you bring in?
Zappa replied to kingbluebear's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
They must be at it. :pierre: -
If everybody starts a thread about Egypt v Algeria we could have loads of them & it would be really cool !!
-
He's been a better keeper than Gordon for years.
-
I don't think I can endure another 90 mins of Egypt V Algeria via a shit web stream. :pierre:
-
Why not have done it before now? Why have allowed them to be banned in the first place? Gordon Smith, you are a trumpet. You should have got the sack along with Burley you muppet. :pierre:

Scotland - Should they follow Toshack's example?
Zappa replied to papaguy51's topic in General Football & Sport
He's a fcuking muppet though! :pierre: -
What would improve the standard in Scottish Football?
Zappa replied to Muirheadbear's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
And the fat bloaters that eat Micky D's twice a week & frozen chicken nuggets & chips or other shite food the rest of the time don't turn to games consoles? Right obviously they're training to become pro footballers or athletes while working off all the fat their stupid lazy parents throw on the table. :pierre: I mean smaller, weaker kids rather than the stronger kids. I see it all the time. If you can't compete physically at a young age, then you lose interest. Right, I know what you mean, but I don't think it makes them turn to games consoles more than stronger kids, just the same as it doesn't make them more likely to turn to anything else necessarily. One of the major problems with kids not playing football is the physical education curriculum in schools. A lot of schools actually don't allow kids to play football at all. The high school I went to heavily promoted rugby & didn't promote football at all really. I know for a fact that a lot of schools are the same & it just doesn't make any sense to me. The only conclusion I can come to is that the PE teachers in a lot of schools either aren't capable or aren't wanting the responsibility of a running a football system & teams. Maybe more funding should be given to schools so that every school has at least one dedicated football coach.
