  1. I dont think they are required to sit down, although it is required to have all seated stadiums and i think it would be pretty stupid if they didnt expect you to sit on your seat. Aye, I realize it's pretty obvious that whoever came up with the brilliant idea of stadiums being required to be all-seated would expect people to sit in their seats, but I was just wondering if there's actually a law or official rule on the matter since I've seen people reporting that they've been told to sit down at Ibrox. I much prefer standing tbh & would rather all-seated stadiums had never been introduced. On saying that, if the seats were heated & comfortable nobody would want to stand. :pierre:
  2. I'd hate to be in front of someone with that attitude. :pierre:
  3. SPL regulations state that non-seated areas of stadiums cannot be used in SPL matches, but where is there a regulation or law which states that fans must sit down in their seats rather than choose to stand?? It's a genuine question btw because someone told me recently that there is a law about this & that fans are indeed required to sit in there seats. However, after going through the SPL Handbook & SPL membership criteria I can't find any reference to any such rule. So what's the story?
  4. Where we are at the end of January will be crucial. We could actually be a weaker squad, but our league position is what counts. If our league position is good come end of Jan' I'll be very very happy. We need Walter to get his act together with team selections though, big time.
  5. Which is precisely what would happen. He's grown on me the last few months. Sure, he should have buried the chances in the last few matches... but not every player scores every time there is a chance. Far from it. First 2 names on the teamsheet.. Shagger, Boydy. Add the young lad Wilson!
  6. It's shocking! We might be looking at the most shot-shy Rangers team ever.
  7. Whoever it is need their head/s examined & there's only one suspect.
  8. I think the OP Charlie works for Paypal.
  9. Spend a pound express your opinion spend a penny ( or less ) spout free garb A numanesque comedy sketch.
  10. Good rant Muff. Is it cool with you if I post it on another Gers site?
  11. That's exactly what should have happened. If they'd been told that, then we'd no doubt have won that match today.
  12. Bougherra is the most likely to leave imo, although he's sort of fucked that up for himself by pissing about instead of keeping good time returning from international duty. It'll probably cost the club money on his value as well which is one of the most annoying aspects of the whole thing.
  13. I'd like to see it, but can't see Walter feeling the same way. Is Ness fully fit again btw? Would love to see what Wylde can offer to the left wing. Left midfield for Wylde. Lets see what he can do!
  14. Wilson at right center back instead of left CB & McCulloch at right back? No thanks man. Fuck that. :pierre:
  15. Don't think it was quite that much was it? Anyway aye, what a bargain we got there. They definitely didn't see us coming. I'd have told them to sell him to some other mug if they'd said to me they wanted anything over £1m for him.
  16. Never wanted him, we paid 3 times what he's actually worth & he's on higher wages then the average wage for a player in a low level EPL club/high level championship club. Total and utter waste of money & we'll fucking never get our money back for him. We'd be lucky to get £1m IMO. GHTF
  17. GF1 aye? I'm in GF4 right by the halfway line, mainly because I have shocking eyesight and wouldn't see the other goal should I be down there How would one go about joining The Blue Order? And is everyone in TBO guaranteed being moved to the west Corner? Yes everyone in TBO section is guranteed a move for Old Firm games. If you are looking to join then go onto our website below and use the "Contact us" function to send an email to our webmaster. He is best-placed to help you. www.theblueorder.co.uk My ST is in BF4 and I get moved along with The BO for OF games, the atmosphere is great..singing, jumping about etc Would recomend it to anyone, especially as you look around the rest of the ground and everyone else is sitting tucked up in their tartan blankets... BF4 is total class, but it can still get better. From what I could see, a lot of people at the front of the section still mostly sit & don't join in with TBO, but I'm not sure if they are ST holders or not. There was even a grumpy old git sitting in front of us at the Killie game that kept scowling over his shoulder as if to say 'shut it & sit down'. :pierre:
  18. Therein lies the problem. I know at least ten of us in the GF that would have started a singsong at this years CL, but ten out of almost eight or nine thousand isn't great. Following on from the guy at the Sevilla game saying that I wasn't entitled to an opinion because I didn't have a season ticket - changed days indeed at Ibrox. If you want to sing then there is nothing stopping you. If people don't join in then that is there problem, but the attitude amongst fans seems to be, "I want to sing but nobody else will". There is probably 20'000 inside Ibrox every game thinking the same thing. If you don't feel comfortable singing by yourself then join one of the fan groups. We need all the help we can get and the bigger we become the more pressure is put on the club to create a dedicated singing section in one of the stands. This is what I was talking about in an earlier post - how do you get a seat in with the fans groups if there are none available? If you have a ST you can request a seat transfer. I know for a fact that there's loads of seats available in BF4 & BF5. The atmosphere is cracking over there as well. I experienced it for the first time at the Killie game & it was amazing. Most people there don't sit down at all which I liked. There's a seating plan that allows you to see the availability of the sections when you hover over them & if you click on a section you can see the availability of individual seats. Check it out - Stand and Area Selection
  19. Will be great to have Edu back. Here's hoping he gets back to his best quicker than Thomson.
  20. That's the back 4 I'd go for myself & what I wanted to see last night against Stuttgart. As for the rest, well maybe we don't have better options. I do like the idea of Boyd & Fleck playing up front. What's the story with Naismith?
  21. Would you be upset about getting paid a 5 figure sum every week to drive a Bentley?
