Disagree fully mate, although, we did miss them. The massive difference yesterday, was missig Novo and Beasley out wide I think. We had no width, and no pace. Over the last few games, we pretty much conceded a goal a game, as we did yesterday, so, defensively no different to what had been, so, not sure how anyone can say Wilson isnt ready, since, the defence did just as well Lacking the pace and width, meant we couldnt play the way we had been doing I think it was massively different to what it has been over the past few games. Without Bougherra the defence spent the majoirty of the game playing 15-20 yards deeper than they do when he is there and it did nothing but invite Celtic onto us. Wilson might be a talent, but he doesn't have the pace or powerhouse attacking menatlity that Bougherra does abnd to think that he could replace him, is unfair on the lad IMO. Have to agree with most of that DBBTB. Anyway, why the hell would Wilson be considered as replacement for a right-sided CB when he's a left-sided CB? Makes zero sense to me. :pierre:

I never like us to play with our backs to the wall like that against them, but it's the result that counts & that result was a good one for us. Absolutely delighted for Danny Wilson getting his OF debut & playing so well. The lad seems to put some of the more experienced defenders in the SPL to shame tbh. Did you see his face after McCulloch scored the equalizer? What a picture! As for Moperay, he said they'll have players going out & players coming in, so if true, that's probably a good thing for us. Here's hoping he sells the fat aussie c*nt & a few others & brings in some Moperay quality.

Aye, it really is absurd. Some of our rules, the size of our premier league & the split system we have at the end of the season, all contribute to making a mockery of Scottish football & making the game here appear even worse & more backwater/small-time than it actually is. Fixing all of these things would go a long way to helping improve the SPL's tv market value and income from TV & other media revenues, but our whole system appears to be run at the top level by a bunch of clowns that don't know their arse from their elbow. These people who've stagnated & contributed to the ruining of Scottish football should have been booted out on their arses without any pay-offs long ago. They've raped the game for long enough. The sad thing is that it's very very difficult to get rid of any, never mind all of the people that deserve P45's.

I'd be happy with that team under the injury/fitness circumstances, so hopefully Novo & Papac are ok to play. To be perfectly honest though, I fully expect Walter to play Lafferty up front with Boyd if Naismith isn't fit to play. Either that or Lafferty up front on his tod.
