  1. Hypocrisy - total and utter Hypocrisy ! All the holier than though over the Miller bid yet now it is ok to chase out of town the ONLY bid by Rangers men ?? FFs i have seen it all now
  2. Moonbeam is 100% guilty for where we are today He knew exactly what Whyte was all about, in fact i suspect still it was a Moonbeam / Muir inspired approach that brought Whyte to us. Moonbeam wanted rid, he couldn't "Dupe" a buyer to take on HIS mess nor the inter company draw off of monies to MIH In the end up it was the general Rangers support that were "Duped" ever since the egg chaser stole our club for a pittance.
  3. Cannot argue with most of the post details and understandings but where has the O.P. got this "£8m cash" info from on the "green bid" ? Be sad to think that our club was "lost" for a few million - where are the real rich Rangers men ? i mean cough..coughJim...splutter mcColl - how many hundred million does a pensioner need ?
  4. While i agree with the sentiments and optimism of the O.P. i fear that these supposed new bidders are mere figments of D&P and are mere stalling mechanisms. I hope i am wrong and one or both of these bids can deliver our club out of evil but everything tells me they won't. Monday morning will be when we see the end game begin, either the first step to salvation or into the depths of hell.
  5. Sadly i fear that they have basically pulled in a favour from Green to use him to delay the process. Kennedy called it right, it was now or never to save the club, it had to be done before end of the season or else D&P will see out the games then we will see the plug pulled i.m.h.o. The plan is coming to fruition.
  6. They get paid either when we exit administration and are paid out of the agreed CVA "pot" or They get paid after we are Liquidated and paid from the sale of the assets I am not sure how it goes with a Newco / Incubator role as technically they would still be the adminstrators for the OldCo which may explain their "joy" at millers bid and why they allegedly tried to get the BK/TBK bid to go same route. Bottom line that they will be the only winners in this whole sad affair.
  7. Perhaps the fact that these guys were wanting to get in and get the club back on its feet from day 1 ? So far we have seen numerous "bidders" come and go but until yesterday the only constant bid was by "Rangers men". Now it comes down to belief, do you believe D&P or Brian Kennedy, they say that the deal isn't good enough - he says it is better than the deal THEY agreed to and that he flew back from New York to sign off on. It is also an increased offer to the one which would have gone ahead and been acccepted had Ticketus not done the double deal trick. It is also now deemed less than an offer no-one has seen never mind tested. When will we see the "Green" bid, or even the mystery "London" bid ? - sadly i fear it will be "too late" to manage to get a CVA done and we end up where we were always designed to go - Liquidation.
  8. Sadly the first casualty in any war is the truth and since the 14th of February there has been a war between factions looking to get control of OUR club. D&P "appear" to be telling so many lies and half-truths they forget what page of the script they are actually om ! Now it has came out they have been feeding BBC journalists confidential legal information on bids, agreements and persons involved to control the spin. I fear even for those of us with our heads not just out of the sand but looking over the wall of illusion built by D&P can see one thing and one thng only happening to the club we all love - Liquidation and Newco. The major assets will be sold or "given" to creditors with a certain C Whyte first in line with his hands out. After the dust has settled he will do one of two things, sell the shell of our club to the BK/TBK consortium or sell off Auchenhowie and look to rent Ibrox back to Rangers in whatever form they appear out of the ashes in. Game over
  9. Sorry but please consider that the feeble transfer activity that we did do under Whyte we gained money ie we spent less than we paid so there should be a plus figure in the accounts. Then there was the European money from LAST season that was due into the account post Whyte ownership. Then the season ticket money - approx £12m+ Then the JJB £3m TV money £2m "balance" of the ticketus £24m - Lloyds £18m = £6m So by my fingers we should have had £23m kicking about to cover our bills - the Tax & PAYE "bill" is now £14m - so if our TOTAL payroll cost was the reported £28m there is at least £9m "adrift" As i say that is a quick finger count of known figures and doesn't consider Arsenal Shares, our "cut" from catering and additional Matchday income. THIS is why i fear Whyte has always pushed for "Newco" as the previous companies accounts need never be verified and he "gets away with it" Yet Strathclyde Police are more interested in dangerous maniacs driving at 32mph in a 30 zone or honest citizens complaining about terrorist sympathisers on the internet and then going after the complainent for being a "bigot". Whyte must be jailed
  10. Have the Rangers been saved ? I must have missed the great news that we aren't heading for the crapper or about to be sold off to some spiv carpetbagger ? The Rangers are at the edge of the Abyss and all the "good people" of RM are interested in is putting down another forum and fellow bears ? Feck me i don't know what is worse, the hatred of bears, the apparent greater interest in bakery products than the survival of our club or the apparent total apathy and "sit back and see" attitude ? Wee Man Syndrome doesn't quite cover it.
  11. Perhaps a few who claim to be "in the know" should seek out and read the release of an e-mail from Mr Kennedy's lawyer to Duff & Duffer which rips the lie to shreds. Serious allegations of mis-representing the bid and its details, so ask yourself why ? Why would D & P lie about what the leading bid form a group in the process from day one was actually presented, to chase 2 "new" bidders who have simply appeared overnight with no due diligence or history to refer to. Criminal !
  12. Sadly i fear that the "something massive about to go down" is US ! Unless BK has found a bag of swag with £100m to drop into the financial rabbit hole left by Moonbeam / Whyte then all we will see and hear is bluster from a guy who tried and failed while others haven't bothered. How many Hundred Millions does one man need to see out his retirement eh Jim ?
  13. Motherwell - there were NO rules in place regarding administration in the SPL hence no action other than to create a "new" set of rules. Dundee and Livingston WERE sanctioned under SFL rules and in Dundee's case got a 25 point hit for 2nd administration. Livi put to Div 3. Gretna as we know ceased to exist and Annan were awarded their SFA license. BUT and this is the real BUT On NO occasion did the SFA apply ANY penalties for "bringing the game into disrepute etc....why now ? And maybe the finer gentlemen of Rangers Media(as claimed by some)can explain why the SFA can penalise a member club for obeying the law of the land ? A COURT ruling placed Rangers FC into administration, by doing so we were prevented by law from paying any creditor in favour of another, so how could we have paid Dumfermline or Dundee Hibernia ? WE are leaderless - there are an awful lot of "Rangers Men" who are standing by silently watching our club die from a thousand cuts.
  14. Keep it simple - treat ALL tarriers and their apologists as the enemy ! Any decisions you can influence or make, be it personal or in business make sure they are the loser Things will get worse over next few months and years, we need to take the fight out rather than within.
  15. Sad to see a thread such as this at these times No wonder our enemies have flourished and gained the upper hand when some of our own are more interested in buffing one another up ? FFS it's a forum, and a quick glance between the two sites See's the EXACT SAME thread titles and stories, now either both sites have the knack of getting info at same time OR the same people are posting on both sites. I use RM as a "back up" for when the FF hamster gets a battering or to verify a "tale" ie like today "Divide and conquer" - Worked for Moonbeam and seems some are happy to carry on the destruction even today ? Sad
  16. The thing to bear in mind is that we only play the mhanks 4 times in the league - if we do not have a solid weekly performance then the league could be lost even if we beat them in all 4 games. Likewise they have same scenario which is why i see they are building a team to take care of the other 34 games and hope that our squad implodes due to injury and suspensions. They are downsizing while keeping an eye on what we do, IF we sign Jelavic then they will buy "big" with the Aidianho rubles, if we only sign fillers then i see them doing likewise (the Bellend "enquiry" is a masterstroke in PR by them) Should they prove me wrong and go all out with 2 or 3 "quality" signings even with no movement from us then they be taking the biggest gamble on top of the losing gamble of last year.
  17. Not happy about this saga logged on to see if what i heard from that fool moose on talksport about our transfer "targets" was bull or what ? Seems the bold Jelavic is holding out for a shot at the EPL and both Wigan and WBA are meant to be sniffing Also that Blackburn are trying to gazump us on the Beattie move We need to get things sorted and start seeing these guys at Auchenhowie in a Rangers strip sharpish or we might very well end up doing our business in total panic mode which tends to be not very worthwhile.
  18. 100% bang on the money - to use a bad pun 4 "new" players on free transfer BUT they "only" need to be on £25K each p/w to eat up the £5m mentioned as an increase. Now consider the wages of the likes of Bellend - Who are only on £80K / £65K and you see where all the money is going - right out of football and into the pockets of players and agents. Compare it to our position - we are trying to get all our squad to the sub-million a year salary while hoping to compete domestically and hold our dignity in Europe.....................and some still want to rush in and sign player X despite the cost. Football is fecked and needs to have the restart button pressed before it blows up and dies.
  19. Spiers lies for a living, he "reports" events that never have nor never will occur as "fact" then hides away from the truth when confronted or exposed. From this base point all things must be considered. There can be no doubt BBC Scotland has been corrupted and is now ran by those who have a hatred for all things "British" ie the Union, the Protestant Church and the figurehead that represents them all - the Rangers. The agenda is there, any negative story on football in general then their O.B. is from outside Ibrox, any "trouble" stories then cctv from Manchester gets a viewing and if they ever have a sectarian story you only ever see the Orange Order or Rangers newsreel in the background. These feckers need to be challenged each and every time they abuse their position, also i would say that these apologist and frankly idiotic "fans" who accept and repeat the lies should also be confronted, the use or acceptance of the H word being the first and easiest to sort out. Isn't it bizarre that we get castigated for chants of pride in respect of our country and history, for chants against those who sought our deaths and for chants against those who committed and hid heinous crimes against children ?
  20. The past few windows we have had to sit and watch due to us being totally pratted This season we have a small amount to play with and the club are trying to play clever on various fronts. They don't want to sign guys on day 1 of window as they will then be paying their wages etc for 2 months while still waiting on monies coming in from s/T sales. Then they were waiting to see if the mhanks would be dipping into the C/L TV money pot - thankfully they blew it and we gained another £2m approx. Then there is the changes to the rules in the EPL and the 25 man squad, this has a direct effect on the players already at a club as well as the flexibility of the club to sign new/more players. This transfer window has a long way to go this year - i think there will be even more business done in the final 24-48 hours than ever before with potential "bargains" to be hand if in right position to act ( i can see the mhanks getting bell-end on a loan deal through this ). My concern is that our nerve is going and we are resorting to tried and trusted ways of buying guys who "were" good and hope they can re-discover their previous form with us while paying over the odds with no future return. Here's hoping we are playing it clever for once.
  21. I seriously hope that this is just doing what we say they never do and actually have a plan "B" They are entering talks with the clubs to see if they are willing to sell and if so how much etc. Once they have this done then it is onto the player(s) to negotiate their pay packet. I seriously hope that this is only plan "B" and that we get Jelavic - in fact these moves might be posturing towards Rapid to get them to get a move on and not p*ss us about any longer or we will go elsewhere ? And i think it will be one or the other, if we sign both then we are selling someone from the squad.
  22. I rush in to work - turn on the computer and guess what ? - NO further forward At this rate i might actually have to start doing stuff during the day again
  23. Bell-End ?? "Free" isn't "Free" as the player will be looking for a big signing on fee plus large wage packet so overall the total cost balances out the same. If "total" cost to us is equal to no more than £40k p/w and he is no older than 27 then ok - if not then i'm afraid that i/we are out !
  24. Since the apparent retreat by DM and the arrival of AJ, Bain has been a little bit more outspoken in regard to sticking up for the Club and it's fans. He seems to be well liked in the European circles which we can do with more friends in and he never seems to shoot from the hip like certain other clubs "execs" My concerns are that he is still in the grip of DM and that all his work is geared towards reducing his masters exposure on the debt while aiming to get the share price back on line as he has a personal golden deal for rights issues. Obviously a winning Rangers team makes this more achievable.
  25. Numan putting a "good word" in for the club - let's be honest here we are not that good looking from the outside at the moment so need all the good P.R. we can get !
