i`d like to see Thompson brought in as the holding midfielder if fit. move halliday out to the left side behind odoua and holt on the right side.i think Thompson needs to be given his chance and now that zelalem is away with the usa this could be the ideal opportunity for him!!!

I think templeton flatters to deceive but it may take him a game or two to get his confidence back.in saying that though I hope he is not used against alloa next week as he says himself that he does not like playing on plastic pitches and always seems to get injured playing on them.time to give another guy a chance!!!

I believe that Thompson is a dyed in the wool st Mirren fan from his boyhood days. cuedos to him though as he always gave us 100% when he pulled on the rangers jersey.a good honest professional in my mind and I wish him all the best and would like to think that all rangers fans would think the same!!!
