  1. According to Traynors commentary in this mornings Record, feelings at Ibrox over the threat of title stripping, are running very high.Traynor asserts that even if Rangers romp through the 3 SFL divisions,Green is saying that we will not return to the SPL.Have`nt heard Green say this myself, but wouldn`t be surprised. If a way of getting back into Europe could be found without going back into that den of thieves,I`d be all for it.It may be a bit of sabre rattling.Fellow Bears your comments please.
  2. Personally I could not cheer the deserters, could not support the manager, want nothing to do with the professional Scotsmen who call themselves the Tartan army, and certainly could not support the SFA basking in the glory of a victory which wont happen anyway! To bears who go,hope you have a good time,I`d rather go shopping with the missus and believe me ,that`s torture.
  3. Think you`re being kind to Cribari!
  4. What are we doing signing a player for a vital position who "has been out injured for the best part of 3 years"? Ally said in his post match interview that he would have liked to sign more defenders, and I heartily agree with him.My opinion is that he will cost us goals.Hope I`m wrong.P.S.have never booed a Rangers player in the 50 odd years of following my team.
  5. Cribari settling in?don`t think so.A second rate player who will be found out big time when we meet a side with effective strikers,i.e.cup games. This may not go down well after a decent performance, but no point in kiddin`ourselves on,a no nonsense stopper should have been brought in.Hope Faure is the answer, otherwise Jig will have to play in front of the back four when we draw a reasonable quality side.
  6. Glad I can watch Rangers wherever they play and not have to sit through that mind numbing dross masquerading as fitba`.
  7. Scotsman daily sales used to be over 100,000 in the eighties, current circulation 38,000,says it all,his jaicket`s on a very shoogly nail.
  8. I`ll tell you what Moyes has done wrong,he sees Whitey is desperate for cash and takes advantage by doing a deal for Jelavic at £5.5 mill. As we knew that the guy was pure quality and has become one of the most potent strikers in the Premiership, and worth double the agreed fee. Then he does a deal with the guy whose name begins with N,on the basis of a fat signing on fee provided that there was no transfer fee payable to the club that had given him a platform to showcase his talents as well as nursing him through two serious injuries.Do you think for a minute that THE press conference would have gone ahead if those two hadn`t already done their own deals.Integrity? Ask Southampton or Coventry!
  9. Has any other ex Ranger been loathed by the support as much as he whose name begins with N?
  10. All I want to see is a big no nonsense centre back who is not afraid to mix it with some of these 3rd Division hatchet men.Oh for Graham Roberts or Terry Hurlock!
  11. We have no friends in spoken or written media, however,I think wee Traynor has not been over the top.
  12. Been to all the home games, saw Falkirk game online, watched ESPN yesterday.Read all posts on Ally,Auchenhowie and training methods, coaches etc.,and don`t pretend to be an armchair tactician.I believe it`s only a matter of time before goals start arriving, especially with Dean Shiels back,as he is an intelligent footballer.Obviously width is seriously lacking, and I`m sure the much maligned KK would net plenty from decent crosses.Ally surely must see this, and hopefully he will find a decent wide man.My big concern is the defence,or lack of it.Do we have a good right back?Bocanegra has been very poor.Goian, well he`s away, and I know it`s early days, but Cribari? Who is this guy?Played in Italy and Brazil?Fine son we`re going to Forres, and wait till the cold wind and rain really start.I really hope I`m wrong, but I don`t fancy this guy at all.Surely a big mauler of a centre back is required, somebody who clears his lines a la Big Marv.Remember when we got the odd goal from this area? There`s got to be that type available around the lower leagues in England.I know a lot of you are demanding silky soccer, but solid foundations first.Whaddyasay?
  13. It`s 50,000 bears singing Blue Seas of Ibrox, can hear it now.
  14. How long does Templeton at Hearts have left on his contract? Would love to see him at Rangers.
  15. Athlete,yes,Footballer,sort of,Honourable,definitely!Good Luck Mo,you`ll need it.
  16. Panic sets in on the tabloids when circulation drops.Lower sales = less advertising = less revenue to pay these Rangers haters.Do not buy these rags!
  17. I know it`s early days, but he`s kept it civilised so far,and he`s been on the receiving end of some reckless tackles.
  18. Can`t believe I`m posting this, but the tackles that have been flying in to Ian Black have been brutal so far, think refs need to give him a break.Last tackle on Andy Little tonight was a straight red! Another win on our rise to the top.
  19. Ah,Davy Wilson,Ralphy Brand,the peerless Jimmy Millar,The wee Prime Minister,Ian McMillan,and the sadly missed Alex Scott,what a forward line,pass me the Kleenex.
  20. Are we getting a transfer fee for Edu?
  21. These players instructed their agents to find them new clubs during the wage reduction negotiations, and this guff about their financial sacrifice is baloney. To a man they had their transfer fees reduced by bigger numbers than they ever gave up in wages.Who could forget Whittaker`s goal against Sporting, was it 4 or 5 years ago? Who could forget the red cards in vital games, who could forget the defensive howlers against Malmo and Maribor? This is one guy whose opinion of himself is vastly overrated and he will be found out in Norwich.Who could forget Ness`s goal against the mhankies? For me that was the very least he could have done, for the wages he collected while receiving the best of treatment for his endless injuries.McGregor at least left quietly with no references to old/new Rangers, can`t bring myself to dislike him, though he will regret his move to Turkey.Naismith? Don`t get me started.Lafferty?Glad to see the back of him, would`ve liked to recoup some of the ludicrous transfer fee,Owen Coyle suckered us with. They all could see the pressure Ally was dealing with.Did they offer their support when the club needed it most?We all know the answer.WE DON`T DO WALKING AWAY,they did.
  22. If true this guy gets better and better, what a cracking move.
  23. Here am I thinking the number 12 shirt had been retired in honour of the fans, yet wee Barry McKay was wearing it yesterday. Was it only for last season?
