TAFKA got a reaction from WadeWilson in **** Rangers vs Hearts (Sun 1:30 KO) ****
Agreed.
But I'd rather McCoist rested him than try to make him a winger especially as we have Aird and McKay.
Aird running at these fuckers would have them down to eight or nine men , meanwhile MacLeod's confidence takes a doing.
Miller is our best player by a mile - hope Clark and Gallagher are taking notes.

If you asked this question on a Celtic site, they'd be running at over 90% wanting him to stay. We all know why. Because they know that every day, he is in charge is a day where we make zero progress. They are LOVING the fact that he has survived do long and our CEO/board are so fucking useless that they let it continue.
I really hope someone, somehow gets this mesage to him - Ally, more than NINETY percent of our supporters want you to leave.
If you have an ounce of dignity, self-respect or affection for this club please take a long holiday and build a new career doing something else
I and all fellow Bears wish you well but the goodwill accrued over many years is all but gone - please do not force us into protests and campaigns - please do the right thing and give your successor time to plan for the top tier

There's no chance we will progress under him.
It's the same shite every single season.
Being taken to extra time at home by the worst Hibs team in history who have lost their entire first team in the summer says it all.
How anyone can back this man is beyond belief. Ibrox will become a ghost town if the clueless one remains here

McCoist is not the problem.
He clearly wants to suck every penny out of the club he can, he is a parasite.
The problem here is Wallace.
He has an area of the business that is consistently under-performing. That area of the business has had financial support (in difficult times) yet continues to generate complaints from customers. Would the catering manager still be in place with this level of customer complaints, I wonder?
I used to be like the posters on here saying "he needs to go if we lose the next two games" etc but I now see that we have a complete absence of direction - and a spineless caught-in-theheadlights CEO who is completely reactionary and who doesn't know the meaning of the words "proactive" or "leadership".
And money is not the issue - put McCoist on gardening leave (along with Durrant and McDowall) and, when they take up one of the countless offers that flood in, they're off the payroll.
Put a promising young coach in on a short term, trial contract or even ask someone like McLeish to mind the store. He'd be happy to have the platform and profile and would not be looking for a huge salary.
McCoist will NEVER resign - get used to it - and Wallace is too weak to take the BIG decision until it is too late and promotion has been blown.
We are up shit creek lads and I am beginning to understand the guys who want us to LOSE enough games to force action from Wallace.
Never thought I would ever be so despondent about our team.

He lives off the club and gives nothing back in return.
Yep, I reckon "parasite" is about right.
Legend as a player, legendary fuck-up as a manager.
Worse than his ineptitude as a manager is the shameless way he draws a salary for such abysmal performance in his job.
Get him tae fuck ASAP

I had a post edited in this thread and received a pm from a mod for calling Ally a clueless cunt of a manager.
I won't be changing my opinion. Will always love the guy for what he did for us as a player but as far as being our manager goes he is indeed a clueless cunt.

TAFKA got a reaction from eejay the dj in Official: Boyd signs one year deal
As the three other strikers are 30+, Clark will be going nowhere.
How will he learn from Miller and/or Boyd if he's away playing with Dunfermline for example?
We really do need another quality (preferably young-ish) centre back (Mohsni and Jig are not top tier standard now, never mind NEXT summer) and I'd be delighted to get Scott Allan too.
This signing is about keeping the heat off McCoist and protecting his legacy - it is further proof of his abdication of any attempt at forward planning.
Having said that, I will relish greatly Boyd's first goals against Hearts and Hibs

TAFKA got a reaction from Clemdog in Charlie Telfer to Dundee United?
McCoist could not give a damn about "legacy" and "succession management" and "youth development"
He wants his place in history as the man who took Rangers to three straight promotions to get back to the top table.
He (quite rightly) believes that the history books will not comment on the piss-poor standard of football, the grinding out of narrow wins purely on fitness, but will simply record "his" achievement.
Miller and Boyd (if either or both happen) are about immediate success - get through the next season, worry about the future later.
That is why guys like Telfer are not on his radar - and Gallagher popped up as an afterthought as the season was closing.
The simple fact is that the club will not progress at all until McCoist is moved out - and it is equally clear that he has no intention of voluntarily going - therefore the focus is again on the lack of leadership shown by Wallace.

If we are to go down this road again then it must be admin before the season ends - we take the points penalty THIS season but still go up.
Quick CVA (should be much easier this time), disinfect the place and start afresh with share issue underwritten by King.
Manager and coaching staff made redundant (no huge payoffs), clean slate under McInnes/Clarke.
Best way out of current fucking mess

What is it about our club?
Good SPL standard players come in and we turn them into shite.
Two CEOs come in with decent reputations (Mather and Wallace) and they come out as bumbling amateurs.
Nothing less than a complete clear out, top to bottom, will do.

Is that right?
The club will ALWAYS survive, Sandy, and if you were a true Rangers man, you would know that.
GTF and take your brother with you
