  1. It's a no from me. In reality, most probably expected McGregor, Naismith, etc. all to leave - the way they did it stuck in the throat but I think most hoped that the team would then be built around the younger ones that had already started to feature like McCabe & Ness. The fact that they all fucked off too means they can rot in obscurity....karma is a bitch!
  2. I wouldn't retain any of those out of contract and for those that are under contract, I'd place an informal fee against each one and if it was met I'd sell them. The whole team structure needs revamped. Clearly they need to bring in fresh faces but who and what level they will be will depend on what league we're in.
  3. Signed. It's not a case of stooping to the 'other sides' tactics, it is not tit for tat, it highlights if you're going to potentially jail genuine fans for singing questionable songs in a stadium environment then you cannot use the same terminology when you are in public office.
  4. Not good enough but I don't mind the fact we tried him out in the lower leagues.....if only we'd done more of that than piss wages up against the wall for others that should bow the heads in utter shame at what they've given back i.e fuck all.
  5. 4 points dropped to this shower of shite at the bottom of the league inside 6 weeks....utter pish
  6. Absolutely disgraceful state of affairs that a new manager can't get this shower of shite a kick up the arse...thank fuck half of them are out of contract in the summer. Another year in the Championship for us
  7. A more optimistic and sensible press conference than we've heard in years. Great start to text the players and say "get your arses in to training!'
  8. Very few who were protected by the TUPE legislation remained at the club beyond the first season. Players like Black and Shiels etc wouldn't have been impacted by that so I stand by comments that salaries were being handed out like sweeties.
  9. More positivity from Souness in less than 1 minute of talking and saying the right things than McD has done since McCoist went to do his garden
  10. He won't tinker too much with what we've been seeing of late, let's just hope there's some evidence that they've been coached in the next couple of weeks. Probably be a clean slate for most and if they don't ship up then we won't see them again (hopefully)
  11. I'd bet his first interview will be full of sound bytes such as proud day, relish the opportunity etc etc.....unlike the miserable, moany-faced, beenie-wearing clown that moaned about his bessie mate being hard done by and looking like a rabbit caught in headlights....good riddance! Fair play to the board recognising it couldn't go on ....... must've been on RM last night
  12. Sadly, following demotion, thats the kind of annual salary we should have been giving out, not monthly!! No wonder we've spunked millions in 3 years. He'll be one of a few on silly money for where we are.
  13. No way we're going up as it stands just now so if we remove McD from the job and hope you get the knee jerk reaction then we can only benefit from that move. If things don't improve then we're certainly no worse off and only gave the replacement til the end of the season anyway. In the big scheme of things, it's a cost worth paying in the hope that we go up through the playoffs. Fucking scandalous we're hoping about going up from this pish league.
  14. It's frustrating as fuck...just when there's some optimism about the club, those fucking imposters put in two shitey performances. You could ask any one of them what their thoughts on the performances were and their answer would be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rq8zwNsiSY
  15. The lucky thing for the new board is this team only need to find some sort of form in the next couple of months and we could go up....the other teams are pish as well. However, if they leave things as is then we've no chance. I've been on for avoiding "speculate to accumulate" mentality as thats whats led to our mess, however, please remove these under-achieving imbeciles from the dugout, get someone else in short term (til end of season) and see if that gets us up through the playoffs. If not, it's only cost the new guy's salary for a couple of months e.g. give McCall or similar £1-2k a week and a bonus if we go up. Worth taking a gamble in my eyes.
  16. Having gained some optimism from the results at board level yesterday, they'd gain even more support from the fans if they wielded the axe next week and brought in someone til the end of the season. If you don't have the funds to sack KM, tell him he's training the u-16'or younger s and get him to fuck from the 1st team squad
  17. True, but McCoist is long gone but sadly McDowell in the dugout has made no difference whatsoever and his soundbytes are soul destroying.....these wage stealers are given the impression mediocrity is accepted. Sadly, King's statements yesterday of bringing back what 'the old Rangers' and a bit of pride about what this club is all about has fallen on deaf ears as far as the playing squad is concerned. There's unemployed guys out there that surely could do much better than KM. I wouldn't repay Ashley's money in the short term as that's likely to have an early redemption penalty...use money to pay these wasters off from the dugout and cut ties with them once and for all.
