  1. Heading for the Louden meet you dinner time. Leading me astray missing grandsons game today.
  2. Is it the Elite team she is with if so it will be a more intense coaching/training session to a higher standard followed up by a game of football with the boys supplying the goalkeepers from the Elite goalkeepers squad. I felt that the Sunday night sessions were of a higher standard than the Pro Youth Team coaching. That was before the Magic Hat came on the scene so the standards this season have been raised across the board.
  3. Morning GB, Did you get my PM. I'm at Giffnock North with grandson no 3 training tonight between 6-8 so have a 2 hour window to meet up. As its for ten medals thats a load less for your stooge have at the statue.
  4. Could have been a Bluenose that couldn't get a ticket for our end. Been there myself. When I got home my uncle said were tou wearing your colours? No well tucked into my pocket. Coward! No I thought I was being sensible. Wanted to live long enough to celebrate with my mates in the Mission.
  5. Its across the road from the Broomloan Stand in line with the ticket office. Bad place to park as the cars are parked in lines bumper to bumper and you have to wait until the ones in front or the side of you decide to come and move. I was stuck there once for over an hour because I was beside the team bus and the passengers in the car in front went for a pint or 2.
  6. There are 40 shades of green and 39 are all right or so they say. Well no not on my watch.
  7. Don't posses anything green, Only green the daughters were allowed was in their kilts. Youngest one rebelled and sometimes has youngest grandson with something green on. Had to get him to change going to game.(he's been a season ticket holder since he was 2 ) and didn't understand but she should have known better. I think she does it just to wind me up.
  8. Im just a satisfied bear if you can let govanblue know.
  9. Govanblue has over the seasons since we were illegally removed from the premier league, arranged for league medals to be cast by our brothers in Ulster. To commemorate our journey and return to our rightful place in premier league. As normal any profits will go to the worthy charities we support. As this is now a goer he may be able if you cross his palm with silver (all for good causes) to get the 1972 cup winners cup medals recast and if there is enough interest the division 2 and 3 medals. Good collection any bear would be proud to own.
  10. Govanblue, Can I order/reserve my championship medal now?
  11. No! If you love Rangers you don't walk away. Showed their true colours. Never forgive, never forget. Expect that behavior from the Tim's not ones who claim to be our own.
  12. Got sacked at lease 3 times for following the Rangers.1972 Working in London and at Easter worked over the holiday to complete a Little Chef that was supposed to be complete for Easter and non of my English co workers would work the holiday. Thanks for pulling us out the shite said the boss so take the holiday when you want. Well with the cup winners cup semi final coming up and playing Hibs on saturday I decided to take the time off for them and drove home to glasgow on the friday night. On returning to London after the game on wednesday night I was sacked on Thursday morning. On the Science Exhibition Center and Imax Cinema I was in charge of the concrete squad. On the Friday the pour was falling behind and the Yorkshire Plastic Paddy instructed me to tell the men they would have to work all day Saturday to catch up or else there would be consequences. Told him to put my name top of the list as I was off to Ibrox. I lasted 10 days after that. During a Company shuffle I was paired with a tarrier fellow manager by the tarrier md. I told the md that I don't trust him or respect him so how can I work with him.I lasted 10 months after that but had the last laugh when I accepted £10,000 for withdrawing from a tribunal. Got married on 10th July as establishment at Bridgeton Cross had a prior engagement on the 12th,
  13. You never heard of them and the golden goal ? after last week's complaining at the ref blowing full time on 90 minutes when they were drawing, that won't happening again for a long time. Keep possession for the next ten minutes until the ref is embarrassed into calling time
  14. My ST's were for Broomloan Rear and I was only allowed 1 ticket for my adult ticket. when the tickets weren't selling I was then offered 2 restricted view tickets which had a better view. As you said GB I had a better view of the Copland Stand. If it wasn't for the result I ẃould have been totally disapointed.
  15. Not a restricted view against the mankies.Full price couldn't see centre circle but wouldn't have missed it when Naismith scored at the other end. I had another 2 tickets restricted view for club deck which my mates took and saw whole game with minimal inconvenience. I was East Enclosure 3 from the back right in the corner.
  16. Get him to Barrhead YFC tournament 5/6/7 August. My grandson was picked up there by the Rangers Scout 2 years ago. Unfortunately he didn't make the cut. They had 18 but were looking for 3 in his position after 3 months he came 4th. St Mirren then wanted him but he spat the dummy and wasn't going for 2nd best chucked his boys club too. He's now wanting to start playing again but I have told him that if there is a clash with games his young cousin will come first.
  17. Where would that be ? The Glasgow Green remember it well in the fifties/sixties. Apart from the freezing Saturdays It was used by the school. The PT teacher was a sadistic ex army instructor and has us running 2 to 3 times around the pitches before we got to kick a ball. The old leather bladders once waterlogged would near take your head off (from experience). Yes they were the days playing from dawn to dusk. If only 2 of you playing shooting between the washhouses with the gables for goals. If you didn't have a football a tennis ball would do.
  18. Well Jukebox left last week and I thought that the successful team that Durrant inherited was his.
  19. From the Rangers Supporters Erskine Appeal. They had a load cast about 18 months ago but were sold out in March last year with no intention of casting more. I thing GB misunderstood me and thought I was looking for one, but I was hoping that he could use his influance to get them to make more for him to distribute through the Rangers Media Sponsors Fund.
  20. It was the RSEA that were selling them at the beginning of last year. It was a Tom Clark I was dealing with. If they could be persuaded to cast more they would go like hot cakes.
