Gregg Wylde - success story............not
folkestoneger replied to folkestoneger's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
I don't get wound up by players who leave in the normal course of events just the scum who ditched us last year through sheer greed and opportunism. -
The shitbag has been ditched by Bolton without ever appearing in a first team game. Guess he found out the grass isn't always greener. He will soon be back at some crap SPL outfit earning buttons. Richly deserved and I hope it's all downhill from there

Helicopter Sunday - Craig Bellamy view
folkestoneger replied to folkestoneger's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Personally I think they over-rated Adam He was/is/always will be a balloon who got lucky -
"I was in shock. I went back to my apartment where Claire and the kids were waiting. But I needed to be by myself. I left them at the apartment, went straight to the airport and got a flight to Cardiff. I didn’t sleep for two days. I felt tormented by it. I thought I was cursed, I thought I was destined never to win anything. I stayed at my mum and dad’s house and drank." From Bellamy's new book. If he felt that bad imagine how wee Lemmon felt. The thought still cheers me up

I had a mate who lived near Sheffield Utds ground. A shitty estate called Hannover just off Ecclesall Road near the old Wards Brewery. The place was a slum so I hope other parts of Sheffield are much much better.

Dear Rangers - would you like 30 pieces of silver ?
folkestoneger replied to D'Artagnan's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Any admission they were wrong would not be sincere It would still just be about money. We would simply be helping clubs we despise survive. I would rather wait two years and watch them crash and burn -

I really don't see how you can argue so passionately against accepting SPL2 then turn round and say you would accept SPL1. Any apology, public or otherwise, would be completely false and should make no difference. Let us get back the proper way and fu@k any invitation by the SPL 1 or 2 -
The answer to the question lies in his mirror

Rangers, the SPL and possible Extortion.
folkestoneger replied to The Educator's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
So basically the five way agreement was not a "legally binding" requirement of us joining they just made it up. So we are back to WHO gave the SPL the power to veto us. If Annan did not need their agreement then neither should we. As for the licence issue the SFA had the power to transfer the licence at their ( NOT THE SPLs) discretion according to their rulebook so back to square one -

So when Annan joined the bottom tier the SPL held meetings to approve this and demanded money for letting them in. Never heard it mentioned before -

The issue should not be who suggested what or who agreed or not to give up the money. The real issue is WHY did the SPL have any say on what club was allowed to join the SFL in the first place? Exactly how did it concern them? Who gave them this power to veto our application to a completely separate body? Those questions are the ones I would like answered before I worry about whether we agreed to give up the money. -

Lee Wallace Out Of Scotland Squad

Our problems with the SFA should not stop us supporting our national team. I am proud to be Scottish and hope Rangers players continue to represent our country in the years to come. -
Rangers win Div 2 - Jon Daly celebrates scenario....

Its once still great fanbase has simply moved into the 21st century with the rest of the population. It is perfectly possible to despise republican terrorists and their sympathisers without hating a whole country or whole religion. -

Most of the world has hated us for longer than that. If we use that logic there would be no Italian flags No German flags No French flags and on and on It is a flag which contains a one third segment celebrating supporters of William of Orange after all. PS The question is not whether WE would fly one but what would happen if Daly did. -

It is simply the flag of a country FFS. A country that does not care if you exist never mind what team you support. You are yet again mistaking a country for a terrorist ideology . ROI does not equal republican terrorist. And as mentioned above the orange bit is included for a reason -
Official Site, Clark Agrees 3 yr Deal
folkestoneger replied to Edmiston Drive's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
I have seen it put about that players who "sign a precontract deal" are not considered eligible for signing outside the windows ( could be incorrect) I sincerely hope someone has checked and double checked, then got assurances in writing for good measure, that all of those players can be registered on Sep 1st because it is starting to look like we have made some excellent choices here. -
I still think we can find room for Shiels playing behind a striker

I really would like to think that by refusing to renew it would suddenly make us sign only young up and coming players, play free flowing attacking football and score 100s of goals. But in reality all it would mean is that our club could disappear forever and we would have nobody to blame but ourselves. I doubt I could live with that so will most likely renew barring some utterly game changing new revelation.

Don't wear that one at all he was only 16 when he chose to turn his back on us. We didn't have time to mess him around. I have no time for all this FTP stuff but despise turncoats like McCarthy and McGeady just as I despise terrorist sympathisers like Stokes. Any other ROI player I have no problem with whatsoever unless they fall into the categories above.

Stokes, McCarthy and McGeady are Brit haters for sure. Don't see a big problem with the others

STEWART REGAN has revealed the SFA have reserved the right to investigate Rangers AFTER the Pinsent Masons report is delivered. The Ibrox board have commissioned an independent probe into Craig Whyte’s links with Charles Green and Imran Ahmad. The verdict is expected within weeks — but Regan has revealed he’ll study the answers given by Green before deciding if Gers should face any punishment as a club. Read more: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/feeds/smartphone/scotland/4935879/Stewart-Regan-SFA-can-hit-Gers.html#ixzz2TuDzBcaC Regan should be told we will walk out on the SFA sanctioned league system and start our own league in competition before we accept any more shit from this clown. Lets see how well the premium product of Scottish football sells without us
