In the "old days" after they rebuilt Ibrox going to the piggery was the best game of the season unless we got them at Hampden. Huge away support in a large covered terrace made the atmosphere unbelievable even if wins were rare back then. Don't know about now with our small allocation for these games but back then it simply couldn't be beat.
Just a thought but if you could buy the one ticket mentioned above from the official site I am still open to donating mine. They would both be in the main stand although mine is MFF and the one above is the main rear at the Broomloan end
You misunderstand mate. I already have a ST in main stand front I was trying to donate for the game as I can only make it to 2 or 3 games a year and cannot go this weekend. I would have simply released it on the ticket site if I had not seen his post and decided to wait to see if he wanted it Thanks for the thought.
Alex Miller in the last 10 seconds or so for the first win at Parkhead for years. My favourite because it was the only time I ever saw us win at the bloody place outside the "neutral ground" cup games.
HMRC will have no say in the matter as the biggest creditor is the person in charge of winding up the bank. They should have no reason to settle for a cheap deal so liquidation could follow. The Hearts fans will get as much sympathy as they gave us so no luck there for them.
Why are we mocking the poor man's misfortune? We should show some charity and start a collection for him. I have an old bic which I am willing to donate for his use should everything get on top of him in Barlinnie
It must go beyond mere athleticism. We would struggle to see the second or third goals from last night scored in Scotland for the simple reason we do not produce players who would have controlled the initial pass. Our players would have been wondering why it bounced 5 yards from them rather than sidestepping the defender and smashing it home. We somehow seem to have stopped producing players with the basic skills and ability to move into the right position.
Although 37 Million is a lot it is a relatively small amount to put together a team of that calibre and that's not even taking into account that 17Million was spent on one player. Goetze alone is bringing a return of over 30 Million and when Lewandowski goes they will be hugely in profit. We have to be able to do something similar albeit on a smaller scale
