since most of us think ally will be pushed.

I could walk that division as a manager with the squad we already have. Any manager worth his salt would win that league by 20 - points -

Hamilton Accies were in the SPL at the time not the third division -
McCoist plays down Forfar defeat
folkestoneger replied to WilliamFyfe's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
What puzzles me is that for someone who has taken such great offence at Greens comments why is he doing his best to prove Green right. For anyone who thinks this isn't the worst team ever can they name the last time we were losing to third division sides in cup competitions because that is now two years in a row we have done exactly that -
If by not great you mean fucking awful I totally agree. No comment of any description can possibly excuse losing to Forfar.

Remember that game well. Went from despair at Chesterfield in midweek to elation a few days later.

The first sentence was merely to illustrate the point that it seems the governing bodies, whichever one, are failing to take a consistent approach when dealing with clubs in similar situations. The fact is we were given the maximum fine and they were let off without financial penalty for the offence of simply going into administration ( forget the other parts) does not suggest fair play.
-
Will you continue to say the same if they are actually liquidated but allowed to remain in the top division as a new co as was rumoured the other day. I have to say I never go along with the conspiracy type stuff but even I am annoyed by this. The lack of consistency in the punishments for two clubs who, lets face it, were done over by a crooked owner does not sit well with me and the differences in the transfer embargo both in period of ban and age of player makes absolutely no sense at all. It is not as if it is a first offence by Hearts in the area of financial wrongdoing.

Are you worried at the possibility of play them this season
folkestoneger replied to KingKirk's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Maybe a bit of a no lose situation. If we lost we could say we were hampered by circumstances and finances and that we will be back stronger whereas if we won they would never ever ever ever forget it. ps re: argument above I also hate the sheep as much as them and I hate the manc scum more than either -
Until we get back to the top and play them. What then? They need to put them somewhere so what happens to the bears ?

McDonalds special sundae would sell well

The problem these days is too much choice. Back in the day you got a pie, bovril or pie and bovril. Everybody ate it and nobody moaned. Now spoiled youngsters want it all.

UKIP is not a racist party. It is the number one choice for people like me who despise the EU and believe the United Kingdom must control her own borders and be free to eject foreign criminals without interference

We could have Big JG, Bobby Moore, Franz Beckenbauer and Terry Butcher and they still couldn't make Cribari a fucking centre back worth a tenner

He is doing fine as moderator. This thread, and others like it, show the majority of fans don't care about your race/religion when you pull on the blue jersey. Personally I think Daly will be a raging success for us and that is all that matters to me.
-
Oh come on. One is a strange religion, followed by many many people, who think some sort of alien being controls everything and the other is scientology

Why?

Looks like a left hand drive... The position of the door where the players are leaving from would suggest it is a left hand drive as the vast majority of toilets have the door facing towards the rear of the coach. That would mean the front of the coach was to the players left as they get off meaning it is a left hand drive as doors generally lead to the pavement rather than the middle of the road

Smartcard (and new Rangers book) arrived today
folkestoneger replied to govanblue's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
That's what my confirmation email said but a new card arrived today. No idea why, unless it was because I moved from MFF to CR2? -
Do you still have mates from the other side?
folkestoneger replied to islandblue's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Only extended family? My dear old mum and that whole half of the family are the other way inclined. -
You put it exactly as we see it. There is a world of difference between wanting Ally to fail and thinking he may fail. That is where some people simply do not get our point
-
Fine , if you insist in carrying on. I have been a bear since 1973 whether you like it or not. I don't need to associate myself with you nor do I need your approval to give my opinion. McCoist takes slagging because he deserves it and not for any other reason. Being loyal and a legend in the playing sense does not disguise his failings as a manager and the last straw would be to waste thousands of pounds a week on a guy who has done nothing for some years. I stand by my statement about Miller
-
Maybe he could but that is not a good enough reason for signing Miller. You have your opinion on the matter and I have mine. It looks like neither of us will change our minds. I am not getting into a useless slanging match with another bear about so will say no more on it.

A good man who unfortunately got a job at the wrong time. RIP

If we really must sign yet another striker, even though we desperately need centre halfs, he is simply not the answer. He is not needed as a short term fix as we will walk that league and he is not a longer term solution as he is nearly 34. We simply cannot afford to spend £000s a week on him simply to be "the experienced pro"
