The Motherwell game still pisses me off. Their striker absolutely bullied Souttar that day and had him on strings from the first minute and we had Balogun (Probably our most physical defender and loves that part of the game) on the fucking bench. Souttar was awful for the whole 90 and made errors in both of the Motherwell goals.
Keeping Souttar on made absolutely no sense and it fucked us in the end and our form has been shite since.

Mental that England could have a midfield/forward line of Rice, Bellingham, Palmer, Foden, Saka, Kane with the likes of Grealish to call upon.
Southgate has been too loyal previously. Players like Henderson, Sterling and Rashford should be nowhere near the starting 11.

Yeah I don't remember Hearts being problematic, if anything, we cheaped out a deal in the January and took him on a bosman. The sheep shaggers were fuming about Jack running down his contract then coming to us, not Wright IIRC.

Aye, maybe Aberdeen or Hibs but I genuinely don't think Motherwell or Dundee give a flying fuck if we or them come in for one of their players, they'll just want the best deal. You'll always get salty fans however.

It's done. Anyone thinking otherwise is absolutely deluded.
We've 1 point in 3 old firms this season. Haven't won at the paedo dome since Covid. Since the end of March we've dropped points to Motherwell, Dundee, them and Ross County. Nothing in these facts result in a league title.

9 goals and 5 assists in the league from midfield is very decent. He's almost averaging a goal every 4 league games.
As others have said, there are better options in the league than we have in the squad. Him, Connor Barron and Lennon Miller will get snapped up for sure, we're fucking hopeless at scouting/securing players from Scottish teams for some reason.

Absolutely 100%.
We've been shocking in regards to keeping ahold of players for too long. I know it stings when you lose an asset or a fans favourite but in this game, you need to have a player trading model that allows you refresh and invest. There's no way this squad are as hungry as they were 4-5 years ago.
Our squad has been so stale now for 2/3 years with the same faces and letting Kent and Morelos run down their contracts was shockingly poor business. Could have easily got £25-30 million for the two of them at ther peak. Now their legacy has been tainted by how it ended and how poor they both were in their final year here.
