Playing in front of the opposition/sideways passing tends to happen when teams sit in and we have little space to operate. Our best performances are against teams that open up and leave space at the back for us to exploit. St Johnstone are fairly well organised but we played into their hands today. The ref helped them by constantly stopping the game for nothing fouls which also prevented us getting things going.

No surprise we are finding goals hard to come by without the main man Alfredo

Same issue we've had all season. Davis was meant to add creativity (not happened). Kamara is looking like another defensive mid that goes sideways and backwards. We are crying out for a box to midfielder but Arfield apart the others all do the same job.

What seems to be happening here is a poor man's VAR which tries to correct all the refs decisions 2 days after our game has finished! For example all being equal, If the CO was operating VAR vs sheep McGregor would be given a red, the sheep a pen and we end up losing that game!! However I think we all know the ref seen it and its the type of challenge /motion that goalies make up and down the country without anyone raising an eyebrow. The SFA should stick to clear and obvious 'off the ball' incidents only. That's the problem with this type of thing. It starts as one thing and evolves into something else. It's another reason VAR scares me.

Its clear to me that Greegs and Alfredo are only now paying for earlier indiscretions. After the old firm game the knives were out and Alfredo was always gonna cop it first opportunity. McGregor has had a few iffy moments and escaped, again this time it was payback. Point is these incidents are obviously not looked at in isolation with clear eyes. Previous perceived issues and media noise are influencing the decisions. Just not sure how we can best change this to get a fair crack of the whip?

Wow! How come that's a yellow and Alfredo gets a red and a 2 match ban?? The inconsistencies in these calls are baffling! They need to publish clear guidelines so we all understand what constitutes a yellow, red, or nothing

Maybe cos he thinks all players should be subject to the same scrutiny and punishment as ours. Just shows walker is too blinkered to look at the bigger picture and is looking to only call out cheats when it's advantageous to do so (or not)!!

Sounds really promising, particularly in that he cost peanuts and is still quite a young guy. I like McCann and value his opinion so could be an excellent signing.

We need something like this with clear rules and restrictions. The current airy/fairy random pish seems only to favour one club.

From what I understand the reason it was introduced was to capture any off the ball incidents that the ref would usually not see if keeping up with play. Seems somewhere along it has lost its purpose and is starting to resemble something more sinister.

That's my default position now on televised games. Turned the sound back up at half time and full time for reaction and interviews. It's amazing how much more pleasant it is not to hear their garbage - I was getting that wound up with them before. Now without sound all is well, I recommend everyone tries it👍

It's true though. There's a lot interest In our game now with the Stevie G factor. Yet the media and consequently the authorities are destroying all the good with the negative micro analysis of any Incidents in the game. They should be talking it up as it's a half decent product right now
