  1. Really? Do they think that if they keep repeating it then it'll suddenly become true?!
  2. Grey area between the two. Either could be given. Seen much worse done to us and occasionally a yellow given. I wouldn't expect a red given if one of ours was tackled like this but that's cos we're getting used to others getting away with it. The day our players are given proper protection, I will be surprised.
  3. He's reserving judgement and doesn't want to rush into it.
  4. Incidents of clear bias such as the OP's info need to be collected and produced when Bears are up in court accused with doing the equivalent (and often less) than what is being ignored and therefore condoned by the SMSM and their twitterati pals. Presenting this info by the bucketload could be used to "help" the judge interpret the law in the context of all sides and not just the one-way street we have now. Also it could be used in future parliamentary debate by any fair-minded politicians that we can only hope exist. For us all to let it go past us only tells them that they can get away with it more and more. It has already got to the critical stage where there are Bears in prison while that lot do worse and walk free.
  5. Well, there's Ally. And Ally's reflection in the mirror. And Ally's agent. And BP9.
  6. With the size of his bruised ego, he does not want MW to have success here too easily. If our present manager looks like he's doing well, Ally might worry that people could possibly see the previous manager as a bit of a failure...
  7. "Aye right" is the only double-positive negative. It works well in this case.
  8. I would argue that he is not attacking the club but several characters who are running the club at this current time within its long, long history. These characters are well on their way to becoming infamous for their silence in the face of sustained and increasingly brazen bias in Scotland against our club, which is not being defended properly by those who currently run it. So it's possible to say that thehost is actually writing in support of the club rather than against it. I don't agree on the whole with everything he writes all the time but he certainly has a point here.
  9. In the context of this thread, he asked you several pertinent questions, which you evaded with a personal attack. Do you have an answer for the questions that you are willing to share?
  10. Definitely. We can't carry on as we are, hoping they will trip up.
  11. Good point but with their heavy loans needing paid off and the money disappearing into the old biscuit tin (dezzy's pockets), perhaps they won't be able to use it on improving their level of players at least. They didn't exactly invest heavily this year. With that kind of money, just consider what we could do regarding the squad. That is as long as it's not King's 20m compensation fund from his time with Murray.
  12. Sorry, mate, your right. The press are completely unbiased. We have nothing to fear or to complain about.
  13. Em, have another read of my pitch invasion thoughts. Here it is... 'I agree, but that 'hardly' has given them a pitch invasion attacking "exuberant" fans and a smashing up of poor innocent toilets who only happened to be there.' If you read the whole sentence, you'll see that I'm parodying what they say in order to put the blame on us. What is wrong with me doing that? If it helps, emphasise the 'has given them'.
  14. If that's how you interpret what I wrote then no, you didn't understand what I wrote. That's about as far a way from an apologia as you can get. If you read it, I am agreeing with you but looking for a solution to this problem beyond simply posting on a Rangers forum. Who do you think controls what gets plastered across front and back pages in the press? On the BBC website? What gets picked up then by the international media from the national rags? What's your solution then?
  15. I agree, but that 'hardly' has given them a pitch invasion attacking "exuberant" fans and a smashing up of poor innocent toilets who only happened to be there. I agree that the situation is a disgrace but this is our reality right now. They control the press. It will take time for balanced decent people to infiltrate the media and work their way up the ladder. But that's what they did and look at where they are now and what they can do.
  16. No they wouldn't show and that's not what I wrote. Read it again. We are not the establishment. They are. They control the media so they control the narrative. We step out of line and we're hammered for it. So don't step out of line. Slowly the public (who buy the rags and talk to each other) will notice that it's not the Rangers supporters being a disgrace and they'll share stories of mock hangings of us instead. The Rhecord provides the narrative for many people, like it or not so we need to stop feeding them news stories.
  17. It is a stinking disgrace but if we give them any ammunition to shoot us down they will use it. No it's not right, it's totally wrong but who are we going to complain to? Who is going to sort this out? No one. Until the few amongst us stop lowering themselves to their level with their toilet trashing (with repairs paid by our club!) we will continue to be portrayed as the bad ones while the "craic" is what they do. Yes, swap the two and we would be portrayed as genocidal scum for the banner and mock-hangings and the toilets would be down to "exuberance". We will not win this until we rise above it with our behaviour, keep our noses clean, give them no ammo and slowly the tide will turn as people will realise who is really in the wrong on most occasions. Is it right it's this way? Never. Can we fix it any other way? No.
  18. He thought playing here was below him but nobody else worthwhile (in his opinion) wanted him. End of career unless he sorts himself out and plays brilliantly for the rest of the season.
  19. This Add Forrester, Windass and Rossiter to those two from last year and you have a young, fast, dynamic midfield with options.
  20. To win with a squad like ours we need to be playing the fast moving one touch football that ended at the semi final last year. We haven't seen it since. Either buy a defence or start playing that excellent style we had in the past. No third option.
  21. That vid Aye, singing that tired old crap is really gonna put us on the back foot. They cannae even think of something original or accurate. Our guys looked up for it and the behaviour of that lot just confirms for our players how much it is worth hammering them.
