he's probably content to be paid whatever he earns per week, just to be involved in training with us at the moment. What does he currently earn/get paid ? Cos I'm sure he'll struggle to get a similar wage elsewhere

is it just me ? or do you not remember that he got injured last season against Stuttgart & that fucked him for the season ? We've only played 4 games, he's been a sub in 3 out of 4, and brought on in 2 of them. He only lost his place in the squad v celtic for Mo Edu, probs for a more physical presence on the bench. I think your jumping the gun a wee bit.

as long as he takes his time with the injury, gets fit again & stops playing through the pain - then he's always gonna be an asset to us. it's mouthwatering having the likes of ferguson, mendes, davis, beasley, edu , thommo, aaron, whittaker - all for midfield options then you have novo, lafferty and maybe velicka - who can all play midfield if required. hemdani should pack his bags, he'll not fit in anymore

Burkey is the most frustrating player at Ibrox. He has had "potential" since he was 16 and it's old hat now. when he's fit again - it'll be time for him to produce consistency or time to f*ck off. He should also stop diving up in the air like a dying swan when anyone goes near him aswell, it's an embarrassment (sp?) to see a gers player diving about like a fairy.

aye, but this is the problem with some of the songs that get sung inside Ibrox or at away games. We shouldn't have 3 or 4 versions of a tune - it sounds f**kin ridiculous when you hear different versions coming from the same support, whether you hear it at the match or on tv. We need to agree on songs lyrics

He's a 16 year old centre half who literally holds our under 19's defence together. Thats not a dig at the other under 19's defenders, i just think Danny is on another level. Am I right in thinking he's often on the scoresheet? Do you ever see the 19's games TMWWBK? I'd love to watch them! I don't see them that often mate, but my mate attends them week in week out. Watching the youths play is quite weird. I try and never get "attached" to a youth player as it's such a precarious field. I remember there was a lad on our books called Derek Carcary, i thought he was great and i used to tell everybody that he would be our next number 9 for years to come, sadly, he didnt get a sniff of the first team and ended up plying his trade at Raith Rovers! But yeah, young Wilson is no stranger to scoring goals, he's on the scoresheet often actually. In pre season, he netted in a friendly against Annan Athletic and generally strolled through the game. carcary looked a player in reserve football for us. dunno how he's doing at raith, if thats where he is, but he was always on the scoresheet for our reserves a couple of years ago.

i hate these interviews, the reporters always ask the same shite questions to the foreign lads. They always end up saying the same things about the fans at the games, the atmosphere being great & they have watched OF games on Tv before. Cmon man, we don't fall for that pish every time lol

i don't think fleck will kick a ball for us this season. pre - mendes, aaron, edu & davis - i said that this season would be the best opportunity to blood deserving youngsters. post - these signings - lennon & furman have gone off on loan...and to be honest, all the other talented youths should do the same, to get 1st team footie as they don't have a chance of 1st team playing time. (they'll only gain bench places due to the under 21 rule) aaron is probs the only one likely to feature - then again - we think that now, lol. at the end of the season, i wonder how many competitive games aaron will have played for us. I'm a betting man, and I'll guess he doesn't make more than 15 appearances.
