Mental that people would pay 7.5k for that. Even more mental that it was even thought of. Clement should read the silly cunts on that board the riot act. Unbelievable. Well, its not but it should be.

Mental that you'd pay 7.5k and then embarrass yourself.

i honestly considered just buying a wii for the odd few games I wanted & they are a piece of piss to mod, very few for sale locally though & any that do pop up folk are wanting silly money for it so.

Folk would have been practically giving them away a few years ago as well. I modded mine and had an external hard drive full of games connected to it.

I've not looked too much into it yet, but I've been suggested to look at Fitgirl Repacks for various roms. may find some switch on there.

there is a few wii games I'd love to replay but not sure how it would work RE controller. I really wanted to get house of the dead, ill have to see if anyone has mapped controls for it (alternatively I believe there was a switch version so theres always that)

Aye I've mostly avoided playing the Wii games for that reason. I think there's mappings available for them though.

Absolutely loving it so far. I am not a huge gamer nor do I have the time to play as often as I'd like but its great to pick up and play for an hour here and there. Been playing GTA IV (which, IMO, was a better game than GTA V) Sega Bass Fishing (loved it on Dreamcast) and Powerwash Simulator  sounds shite but honestly its a good game for chilling out and it plays great on the deck.

I find myself playing it far more than I ever did with my Series S, or my old gaming PC.

I've installed emudeck but not got round to getting any roms or bios on yet. I'll mainly be going for PS2, Dreamcast and N64 emulation but I want to have a go with Yuzu and try some switch games.

I haven't tried Switch yet as I didn't know where to find the games. Wii, 3ds and Wii U were all easy to find. Let me know how you get on.

Better than us apparently. He's their 5/6th choice striker and he's currently our first choice

To be fair their first two are probably worth well over 100m between them.

We're probably in the market for one as it stands, if he goes away we will need to get someone else.

If we're in the market for one him going away won't change anything. Clement will know what he needs and losing any players to internationals or injury is of no benefit to us.

Would probably force our hand into buying someone else so that's actually another positive.

We're not going to buy a striker just because he's away for a few games.

There's no downside to him going. Get's him out of the way.

Might play better in a different environment, which may lead to an offer, or he may be able to replicate his AFCON form for us.

But if he's shite at AFCON, at least we'll have had a break from his shiteness.

We've got one other fit striker and you think there's no downside to letting him go?

    I don't even think he's offside.

The technology they use for drawing lines is... well - far from an exact science shall we say.  You essentially have to guess the Z axis (the vertical space) then draw a line which is perfectly perpendicular to the sidelines... and all of this takes place on a still image.

Here's a line a I drew on the frame where the ball leaves Lundstrum's foot.  It looks very tight, the left back is potentially playing him on, they look level, if he's of then it's by a toenail.  I can see why the linesman hasn't flagged either, if you imagine the angle he has it would look onside to him.  Is this freeze frame enough to overturn the linesman?  I think not.

They don't manually draw lines at all and every camera is calibrated.

The lines are based on the physics of vanishing points so they are valid, if not calibrated.

the official image is based on the ball having left Lundstram’s foot by at least 18 inches.

    It’s a moot point anyway.

Just don’t thinks it’s a clear offside,,certainly not that clear it could be determined quickly.

It's a very clear offside. Had the angle and lines you showed been used officially everybody would rightly have gone mental, and as pointed out earlier Sima was coming back towards the ball so the later frame favoured him.

I agree he's probably offside but its certainly debatable as it is VERY tight.....

I wouldn't be debating it based on an angle like that using lines that aren't in any way calibrated. Like it or not the official provided image is the best representation and it's not even marginal.

I doubt he'd want to be involved in our games either, he knows he's a huge target now for abuse and being a proven cheat he will try to avoid Rangers fans like the plauge.

He makes every game about him so I think he'll enjoy the attention.

I would say so but that’s not for VAR to decide, would be the referee on the park through the monitor. Same as if a player in an offside position is blocking the view of the keeper as a shot is taken.

That's not the same. In the case of a player blocking the keepers view he isn't trying to interfere with play, that's why it's subjective. Sima was actively involved in play.

Sausage up a close level of tight. People are focusing on the outcome (penalty not valid) but as we all know, its the process and inflence behind decisions that this is all about. This can be proof of that.

It's not really. The lines aren't close to touching. It's a very clear and easy decision had it gone that far.
