I have a season ticket at Ibrox have had one for over 30 years.I will continue to go along and support the club but not the current management who in my opinion have been a joke since day one. It doesn't matter if 10,000 or 50,000 turn up at Ibrox if the management and a certain amount of players are shit they are shit. Shit players are shit players so no matter how you dress it up that's the bottom line.The management must shoulder the responsibility for bringing these players to the club,offering them the money they did,and getting them to play the way they do which if you actually go and WATCH THE TEAM is fucking pathetic. there isn't one fucking player who can hit a dead ball FFS not one.As I say I will be there but can fully understand why some for whatever their reasons are choose not to go.I can only hope that some day we get back to being the club we used to be but it certainly wont be under the current set up

You cant take away Allys goal scoring achievements of years gone by but the trouble perhaps for some is separating AM the player and AM the manager.Its pretty obvious he has not been the success it was hoped he would be.Some seen it from the start of his campaign as manager some have stuck with him although now its staring them in the face.Just about every manager in Scottish football has to deal with problems,lack of money,lack of investment,unstable boards,poor training facilities,poor and dropping attendances unfortunately these are all part and parcel for just about every manager in Scottish football. The point is no one said the job was going to be easy,surely these experienced men in the dug out knew this as well.Regardless of what they may or may not have been paid im pretty sure everyone on all of these threads would agree that the RANGERS MANAGEMENT team have been very well paid for what they have achieved. What they have achieved was done by Gary Bolan at Livingston who no doubt had to face a lot of the same trials and struggles as our management team.Only difference being GBs budget was far far less than the current Rangers one but he still managed to get his team over the line.

Don't think any of them have anything to offer as we can all see by the way things are going and have gone.Surely KM and ID must have some input into what is going on as far as the playing side of things go.If this is the case it shows you just how bad our dug out is when a guy who we didn't even know who he was when we played his team at Ibrox the other week ie Barry Smith could out fox the 3 of them in the Challenge Cup,gives them 2 of a start and well we all know the rest.

We may not be " the rest of the market " but that has been one of our own downfalls the " whas like us" mentality that has been washing over the cub for years.Is time we all took a reality check and I mean all of us who are supposed to be RANGERS MEN. We are not a Man Utd,Barcelona,Real Madrid,Bayern Munich. As much as it pains me to say we are pretty average team playing in a less than average league and I would include the SPLin that as well.We do not have any Russian Billionaires,Saudi Princes etc wishing to poor tens of millions down the drain.We can and should have ambition but it has to be realistic ambition for the club we are. Plenty of people would love to go back to spend spend spend the very thing which got us in this shit to begin with.Spending millions to beat clubs who were put together for tuppence winning leagues that paid shit money.The Rangers were capable of winning trophys before the days of spending millions and that is where we need to be getting back to with the right managent,board and most importantly fans

Think the best thing for all concerned is to wait and see what happens after Wednesdays meeting. I have no doubt all will be revealed after that regarding who is staying/going and at what cost. If not the shareholders who should be going to the AGM on Monday should be making it a top priority to find out what is going on.

At a time when we are paying people off it amazes me why no one has noticed the amount of money being wasted on all of these imposters in the dug out.I cant say for definite how much money KM,or ID is on but I would say if you got rid of one of them you would save round about 200,000. Anyone who actually goes and watches these clowns could tell you what their contribution is during match days.Durrant especially,his contribution is to come out the dug out twice a game point at a few players and sit back down again.It might obviously be more difficult to get rid of these guys as opposed to some other staff but all of them in that dug out have to go ASAP.They have all been well rewarded for what they have contributed to the club,which if truth be told hasn't been much.Its time the Rangers gravy train was terminated for these jokers.

I have said on here a few times.If you want an example of a TRUE MAN of his club look at Carlos Puyol at Barca. The guy walked away from his contract with 2 years remaining.No squabbling over this or that.He knew he was not capable of giving the club his best so did the right thing and walked away from what im sure would have been a very lucrative deal.If it was good enough for Puyol surely it shouldn't be so difficult for Ally to do the same for the club he loves.

Well heres hoping that those fans who have stayed away for whatever their reasons turn up and cheer the GERS on.With regards to anyone else taking over the role of manager all be it temporarily I do hope its McCulloch as the first thing he should do is drop that painfully slow centre half we have called " McCulloch"

Lets wait till Wednesday and we will all find out one way or other how much of a RANGERS MAN Ally really is time will tell.

We will survive of that I have no doubt.Where we will be playing our football on the other hand I don't really know.What I do know is that everyone who genuinely cares about this great old club will have to give the new management team time to get things right.For to long we have demanded instant success,bought our way to titles and trophys and been lazy in our approach to all things football.It requires hard work,very hard work on training grounds,in scouting systems,in attracting new interesting players,giving young guys who do actually want to play for the GERS the chance and patience to become a new generation of RANGERS LEGENDS.Whoever takes over from AM and the rest of his management team have a huge hill to climb but we as supporters can help always remember the words of a true RANGERS LEGEND Never fear, > inevitably we shall have our years of failure, and when they arrive, we > must reveal tolerance and sanity. Ally has been very well paid for doing or not doing his job whichever way you want to look at it. It has not worked out everyone can see that.Some could see it as far back as his first season in charge.Its time him and the board let the real people that matter know whats happening at this once and will be again great club. That is the REAL RANGERS MEN who stood by their club in its darkest hours.people from every walk of life who weren't getting paid anything never mind hundreds of thousands. Sick of hearing how AM and Captain Clueless and the rest STOOD UP FOR THE CLUB well they have all been well rewarded unlike the most important people at this club the FANS

Pretty much says it all.

Don't really have to be ex rangers men or have rangers connections.What we need now is a management team who can work within realistic budgets,have a new vision for the future of the team and who have some form of tactical know how which gets the team playing some half decent entertaining football.Who that guy is/will be I have no idea but im sure there will be someone who fits the bill.

I had my first season ticket when I was about 16/17 and if memory serves me right it was called a rover season ticket.Allowed you to sit anywhere you wanted in copland and broomloan road stands,maybe even govan but cant remember as it was a few years ago now.My point about supporters is that back then under John Greig we had crowds like we are having now.When Souness came all of a sudden there was 20,000 more supporters majically appear.Now under Ally 20,000 have majically disappeared.At both times the football on the park was terrible to watch under JG and AM. I still go and will continue to do so but perhaps the RANGERS support need to have a look at themselves and come to terms with the fact that we may only have 20 odd thousand true fans.I don't blame guys for not going to watch some of the utter crap that this management and team have dished up in the recent past everyone is entitled to do what they want. This said and done the club should be treating what fans they have with a lot more respect and not just taking it for granted that no matter what crap they put out on the park the supporters will just keep coming along and parting with their money.

The guy was given the job and paid rather well to do the job.Unfortunately it has not worked out for him or anyone for that matter associated with the club. Like many of the guys who pay to watch if they dont do their job well they may well find themselves out of a job. This said I don't think there is any need to call the guy some of the names he has been called on here but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. He has had his time and should go so we can all draw a line under this sorry saga.

Agree about the punt punt punt but what about our managements other great tactic which im sure has Scottish football shaking in their boots.I refer to the everyone back defending a corner tactic.This to me sums up the mans managerial know how to a tee.Shit scared of losing a goal so lets get everyone back defending a corner.Did it in div3 last game of the season against Berwick Rangers.Up 1 nil ,league won 50,000 at game and defends a corner against the mighty BR with everyone back.To this day still plays the same clueless shit.

No doubt we are a laughing stock for fuck sake.Heres a club who have the 2nd highest wage bill in Scotland and cant beat the likes of Alloa after going 2 nil up.If that was that other mob we would be pissing ourselves.The management and I say MANAGEMENT are clueless.Have been since day one when they had a team which cost 20 million so you have absolutely no fucking chance of them getting it right with a team full of imposters and so called RANGERS MEN who didn't do walking away,what a load of fucking shit, sick of that patronising crap.Of course they didn't do walking away who the fuck would have wanted them.Theres thousands of ordinary fans who didn't do WALKING AWAY so where their golden handshakes.

There are tens of thousands who have got behind the management over the past3/4 years but unfortunately now they have had enough.Its not just the recent bad defeats but the whole set up footballing wise is a disaster.Poor training methods,no tactical knowledge,no long term player strategy.They have gave it ago its not worked and never going to work so the management have to recognise this admit their failings and walk

Unfortunately we have been a laughing stock for a long while.In fact since that shower pulled back the points defecit in AM first season in charge we have been a laughing stock.The man should have been removed then because anyone with any idea about football could see the guy hadn't a clue but then again he was a REAL RANGERS MAN sick to death of that shit.The REAL RANGERS MEN are the people who pay to watch their team and who have had to suffer this shit for the past 4 years.

Not sure what exactly the DOF role in all of this would be and im pretty sure our current management team are against any kind of DOF especially when it comes to making team decisions.That said something has to be done as the football which is being turned out now is absolute shit.Its dated,slow,predictable and needs changed dramatically.Im not saying this would change with a DOF but one things for sure what we have now is not working if a team like Alloa can give us 2 of a start and still come back and beat us FFS. As far as a salary for a possible DOF goes get rid of one of the 2 wise monkeys who sit next to AM in the dugout and theres your salary for your DOF if the club decided to go down that road.

Think people are staying away due to both, board unstabale and poor football although i do beleive more are staying away due to lack of entertaining football.After all in div3 we had 30 odd thousand ST holders and trouble in the boardroom,div2 30 odd thousand ST holders and trouble in boardroom so whats changed this season.
