It really is as simple as if we don't win the league then we are majorly fucked.....automatic champions league football strengthens them financially and with the same prospect of guaranteed champions league qualification the following year then we could be facing armageddon....in truth we need to beat them twice in the remaining games(even then their is no guarantee we won't drop further points) today was IMHO one of the few opportunities left for them to fuck up so it is starting to look bleak
Not quite as simple as that. We could qualify for the Champions League by winning the Europa (very, very likely but not guaranteed).
Or we could qualify for the Champions League via the qualifiers.

He got lucky yesterday very lucky , Roofe scoring from 4 inches saved his arse big time. Its only a matter of time till they drop more points. Somethings wrong , we are fuckin shocking to watch the last few games.
If we're going to say he got lucky yesterday then he was unlucky v Dundee Utd when we had two stonewall penalties knocked back.

If that’s the case then why is he not away playing for B team today instead of Itten.
Fair point, needs every competitive minute he can get

A PR signing and no-one can tell me otherwise.
0-0 with 15 mins to go today and the manager still didn’t think to use him.
He must be nowhere near ready to play in game that matters. Must have been on the bench in case there was a point where we were 3-0 and cruising

Was the league done yesterday? Because we are in the same position as we were then.
So, because we can’t better the filth’s result we should all just give up. 🤣
The league isn't done but we're not in the same position as yesterday. Another game closer to losing the league and today will now give them a boost too when it should have dented their confidence. Absolute pish.

Maybe the angles were shown and the VAR team decided which angles to show to the ref? Could be why there are still strange decisions after VAR intervention.
Mind boggling that the ref wouldn't be given the benefit of all available angles. The angle that was shown on TV after the decision had already been made (and that the referee didn't get to see) was absolutely conclusive that there was no contact from Morelos.
Farcical to be honest.

Absolutely immense. Took massive balls with the two penalties and so composed.
Outstanding servant, please lift the Europa League trophy in May please.
From Scottish Championship to Europa League glory... Is what the headlines will say in May

Alfie has shoved it in a coffin, nail gunned it shut and sent it off to be cremated tonight.
He’s absolutely destroyed him over two legs.
This made me laugh out loud. Yet it's true

Does it make any sense that I’m still gutted about that VAR goal?!?!
Aye, should have 2 wins against them. Fucking baffled about that honestly

More barnstorming performances from Kent and Morelos, fuck it, from everyone. What a team!

Fucked over by terrible refereeing again here

I couldn't work that out at the time, I thought I must have missed Arfield being offside in the middle or pushing / pulling a Dortmund player back during the build up, but there was absolutely nothing that the linesman could have seen.
Apparently he's Kevin Clancy's brother in-law

BBC saying their winner was "controversial" and possibly offside. Why am I not surprised?

I think Hibs will be hacking right from the off. We need the ref to have a good game to be on top of the targeting of Jack and Ramsey. I hope we get a similar preformance to Sunday, 3-0 to Rangers.
Who is the ref for this?

Laughable from Gollum

He's just a kid coming from under 23 kickabouts to a cauldron of 60,000 tinks baying for blood. He looked terrified when he came out the tunnel and looked up at the stands, that's when you would expect the team captain playing right behind him to offer a bit of guidance and talk him through the game. Nope.
A steep learning curve for him tonight, as poor a league as this is, six months of fancy flicks and stepovers isn't going to cut it.
Thought that myself, was clear as day on his face that he wasn't ready for it

Nope, not as it stands. But didn’t look good two weeks ago for them.
It’s one point. These games may not be what defines the season. They may just cancel each other out. Plenty points to play for.
Look at our form, we're on a downward slide here. And we have a bad habit of shitting the bed when the pressure is cranked up.
I'll probably feel differently before kick off on Sunday but I think that'll just be hope more than anything

Learn from it. Defeat is brutal, but season-ending, it is not.
Would love to share your optimism but it ain't looking good is it

That team appear to be pish, thankfully. Bottom of the league with 4 losses and a draw in their last 5 games.
3-1. Morelos, Kent and Tav.
