  1. Its a moment in our recent history that will stay with me for life (result aside). The atmosphere down there is the best I've ever seen at a game, and the whole day walking around Manchester meeting fellow bears was amazing
  2. That's the thing, can't imagine hearts will be paying a massive wage for these guys. Might turn out to be rubbish but feel like we keep missing a trick
  3. Only player I'd look at taking is moult. Seems to have an eye for goal. I'd keep and eye on concalves but that's it. If I were to take a punt on a player it would be jai quitongo. Cheap and a decent wee player with potential. Fuck giving hivs any money, the junkie rat bastards. Fuck you!
  4. That's one of the points for me. Why can moan about the defence (which is shocking at times),but the system is meant to be attack focussed and we don't score goals. 4 or 5-1 wins end up as 1-1 or us getting beaten. Its really not good enough at this stage for me
  5. Deserves a run of games definitely. Big tree has had countless chances and keeps fucking up
  6. Still stays over here I think? Used to see him wandering around livingston lol
  7. It probably should be,but just have a feeling he won't go
  8. I have to agree there. Would love a de Boer type but we don't have a chance of getting him,and McInnes does know the league and the club and expectations. Nobody else in Scotland worth going for
  9. I'm not a fan of his management style, but he is getting results with Aberdeen. They are ahead of us now. Can't really think of a realistic target tbh
  10. Defeat today is unacceptable, especially after the shambles the other night. The reaction from the players says a lot really
  11. I think historically that's true (and to be fair I think its probably nailed on that Sampdoria are catholic too). I started following Everton when Walter and big dunc whent down there, then realised a few of our players played there at some point as well. At that age I didn't even think that way tbh
  12. I think I'm one of those guys that fuck you off lol Rangers are the team I have that deep passion for, that desire, the club runs through my veins. When we get beat it rips right through my heart. When we won the penalty shoot out to get to the Manchester final in the eufa cup I was bawling my eyes out. Nothing comes close. I did however, start following Everton and Sampdoria (both because of tenuous Rangers links) when I was younger. They will always be a second team to me,but that's because I just love football
  13. Ah the usual "the smiths are depressing" nonsense from someone who doesn't listen to the smiths but goes by their reputation. If you listen, the lyrics are actually funny as fuck. Morrissey has a sense of humour.
  14. Don't think there's any need to call him a walloper bp9, that's a bit mean. The thing about using the league position stat (as the manager has used) is that yes, that is his target for the season, and until Aberdeen play their game in hand, that is where we are. The away points total is not good enough, and consistently so. He hasn't learned a thing. Home is the place to go and play open expansive football. Sometimes you have to go away and keep it tight for a while, change the formation and play ugly to win. Its not what I want to see all the time, but I also don't want to keep seeing us taking a pumping from a mediocre team who will not win their game tomorrow. There's a reason arsene Wenger hasn't won much in 20 the last 10 years, and Jose mourinho has. Jose changes his tactics, arsene doesn't. We have arsene
  15. Good article cushy. Good summary of where we are at just now and the tactical failings of the manager
  16. Bomber is at the club and is a pal of king.....
